Allyson was moved by how her mother struggled to get needed physical and mental health services and unfortunately, the absence of that care was the key contributory factor to her passing after a year. This became a mission for Allyson to explore ways to enhance the healthcare ecosystem. She began working with an accelerator focused on healthcare investments called Village Capital.
