With its current market cap at over $557 billion and growing, this upwards trend may continue over the next few years and is a great coin to buy if you want to see potential significant growth.

Binance Coin: With a current market cap of $104 billion and a value of $628 it has risen 627,000% over the last 4 years where it started at $0.10. Its amazing growth will most likely continue on and probably reach the $1,000 mark within the next 2-3 years.

Solana: With its recent launch in 2020 it quickly grew 26,500% from $0.77 to $213.42 as of Nov. 30, 2021. It currently has a market cap of $64 billion and with such a recent start it has a higher potential of growing and carrying its increasing momentum for the next couple of years.

Cardano: Although a relatively cheap coin, Cardano showed modest growth over the last 4 years growing from $0.02 to $1.57 a 7,850% growth, it also has a market cap of over $52 billion. Its slow growth may be good for those looking for long term investments, while its cheap price may be great for beginners.

DogeCoin: Although it started out as a meme coin it rapidly grew from $0.0002 to $0.22, a 110,000% over the last 4 years. Its rapid growth was fueled by billionaires like Elon Musk who talked about it as a joke. With a market cap of $28 billion and a very fast growth rate it is a great potential investment.

Segment 3: Experienced in Cryptocurrency

In this segment me and my recurring guest Vayun (Vayun says hi) will be discussing his knowledge, opinions, and experiences with cryptocurrency.

Questions:

Do you know any cryptocurrencies that people should invest in right now?

Why do you find crypto so interesting?

What about crypto is so interesting?

Have you researched or invested in crypto?

Do you know anyone who invests or has invested in crypto?

Why do you think Bitcoin is so highly valued/how did it become so highly valued?

Would you invest in crypto in the future?

What does the future of crypto look like?

Subscribe to our Podcast

Apple Podcasts

Spotify

Google Podcasts

Stitcher

YouTube

Connect with us on Social Media

@theHVSPN

https://all-about-business.captivate.fm

<itunes:image href="https://artwork.captivate.fm/083710f4-1ac7-4c93-ac62-88f508ccc980/iWpnWUEZ2NnfgeD8ZAPMmvVA.jpg"/>
Hopewell Valley Student Publications Network

<itunes:duration>22:34</itunes:duration><itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit><itunes:episodeType>full</itunes:episodeType><itunes:episode>5</itunes:episode><itunes:author>Hopewell Valley Student Publications Network</itunes:author>

Everything About Ecommerce
<itunes:title>Everything About Ecommerce</itunes:title>

Hopewell Valley Student Podcasting Network

Show Name: All About Business

Episode #7: Everything About Ecommerce

Check out the latest episode of #allaboutbusiness the podcast on hvspn.com. Why were you able to sell it for $200,000 more? It's because the value of the property increased.

There are many different ways of investing in real estate, here are a few:

Buy a rental property: Buying a residential or commercial property that you plan on renting to tenants.

Invest in REIT or a real estate stock: REIT’s are specialized companies that own, operate, manage, or otherwise acquire income from real estate assets. You can also invest in real estate stocks, mutual funds, or ETF’s if you would rather invest in a portfolio rather than a single REIT.

Rent all or part of your house: Isn’t an official real estate investment but it’s worth mentioning. You could use Airbnb or similar platforms to rent out your home to others when you're away or traveling.

Fix and flip a house: Fixing and flipping a home refers to buying a home, fixing it, and selling it for a quick profit. It has become popular through the help of several TV shows on the topic. A lot of money can be made in real estate but only if it is done properly. Many risks are involved in flipping houses like unexpected problems and expenses. You would also have to put a lot of work into flipping the house, it's more of a job and if you want to be a passive investor I wouldn’t recommend it.

Build a new home on spec: It basically means building a house from scratch. It can be a great investment in an area with a limited supply of new homes. It can, in some ways, be less risky than flipping a house, because you don’t have to worry about unexpected repairs and you have a better idea of what it will cost. Some downsides of building a new house are its more time consuming and because of the long time, market fluctuations can occur meaning the area or property can lose value or demand quickly.

There are many hidden risks to consider when investing in real estate.

Cons:

Real Estate requires a lot of money

Takes a lot of time

It's a long term investment

Problematic

Unique risks

But there are also many rewards and pros to investing in real estate.

Pros:

Real Estate appreciates over time

Provides steady cash flow

Real Estate builds equity

Gives you control

Provides a hedge against inflation

Segment 3: Areas With Potential

For our final segment we have an HVCHS student, he is experienced and has connections in real estate, our guest for today Vayun says hello/hi. We will be talking about where to buy real estate and areas that have the potential to have high returns in the future.

Prithvi: So Vayun, do you know any places where people should buy real estate now?

Vayun: Says where to buy real estate.

Prithvi: Why do you think those areas will increase in value?

Vayun: Says why.

Prithvi: Do you know anyone in real estate, personally speaking?

Vayun: Says who he knows.

Prithvi: Responds.

Prithvi: What category of real estate do you think will become more profitable in the future?

Vayun: Answers.

Prithvi: Do you think you would want to invest in real estate in the future? As of 2020 the technology sector brought in $5.2 trillion dollars globally and in the U.S. is expected to bring in $5 trillion by the end of 2021. Consumers are constantly buying new phones, computers, tablets, smartwatches, etc. Companies are using more and more applications in order to create E-Commerce websites and to organize and run their companies more efficiently. Technology is making its way into every other industry that we know of whether it's through machinery and electronics or software and applications.

Healthcare:

The healthcare industry is essential because without it we wouldn’t be able to treat, cure, and prevent diseases and injuries that could harm or even potentially kill us. It was worth around $8.45 trillion in the U.S. and $11.9 trillion globally as of 2018. The healthcare industry is becoming a lot more safer and more advanced because companies are inventing new machines to help with the treatment of patients.

Agriculture:

The agricultural industry is an extremely important industry because it is the main producer of food. The agricultural industry produces fruits, vegetables, plants, and animals/animal products for billions of people. As of 2020 the agricultural industry was worth $9.6 trillion globally and is expected to grow to $10.18 trillion by the end of 2021.

Retail:

The retail industry sells products like food, clothes, electronics, appliances, etc. to consumers. Without retailers it would be hard for customers to buy products that they need or want. The retail industry was worth $25 trillion in 2019. A huge industry compared to the others but recently many retailers closed down due to the pandemic.

Transportation:

The transportation industry transports people, products, goods, etc. from one place to another. It helps connect manufacturers and producers/farmers with retailers and grocery stores. Without it we wouldn’t be able to buy products that manufacturers make straight from retailers. As of 2020 the trucking industry was worth $2.1 trillion. It's hard to pinpoint exactly the total worth of the industry which includes air, boat, car, and train travel/transportation.

Segment 3: Which industries will grow significantly in the future.

The final segment will talk about which industries have the potential to grow exponentially in the future. This may include industries discussed earlier and other industries that I will now introduce.

Technology:

The technology sector will definitely grow because of how infinite the possibilities for the industry seem. Since new technologies are constantly being developed, produced, and then sold the industry has no choice but to grow. The technology industry has its reach over every industry and every market in the world like healthcare, agriculture, retail, transportation, real estate, insurance, etc. each of these industries and more utilize technology in one way or another. The E-Commerce sector, which is included in the technology industry, is already dominating the market and is growing fast. As long as there are companies that develop and produce new technologies the industry will grow.

Healthcare:

The healthcare industry has to grow because of the development of new medical equipment, drugs, treatments, and cures. The technology industry plays a key role in healthcare because medical equipment is required to treat and diagnose a patient properly without any equipment curing, treating, or operating on a patient becomes extremely difficult which could cause a higher mortality rate.

Automobile:

The automobile industry is already growing significantly due to the rise of electric and hybrid cars. Companies are also developing cars with more safety features, like lane assist, self parking, automatic braking, and better protection against crashes. Self driving cars are already in the market with Tesla at the forefront with its cars that can drive on highways without any assistance required. Fully self-driving cars are still out of reach, in the future when they are developed, they may help boost the industry significantly.

Music Credits:

Daydream Dripping by SKIRK

Inside Boy by BARY

Timelapse by MendeX

Forever by Nomyn

SKY by KC5

Subscribe to our Podcast

Apple Podcasts

Spotify

Google Podcasts

Stitcher

YouTube

Connect with us on Social Media

@theHVSPN

https://all-about-business.captivate.fm

<itunes:image href="https://artwork.captivate.fm/083710f4-1ac7-4c93-ac62-88f508ccc980/iWpnWUEZ2NnfgeD8ZAPMmvVA.jpg"/>
Hopewell Valley Student Publications Network

<itunes:duration>16:13</itunes:duration><itunes:explicit>no</itunes:explicit><itunes:episodeType>full</itunes:episodeType><itunes:episode>1</itunes:episode><itunes:author>Hopewell Valley Student Publications Network</itunes:author>

All About Business
<itunes:title>All About Business</itunes:title>

Introduction: All About Business Podcast

All About Business is a podcast that talks about some of the most popular and successful industries/markets in the world.
