We don&apos;t have adequate sleep, our body is not able to properly heal itself, leading to more stress, inflammation, decreased energy, and mood.
As we are intentional in focusing on our sleep, we will see changes in our stress, inflammation, energy, and mood levels.
So ideas shared were setting a power-down routine at least 30 minutes before sleep, reducing electronics time before bed, setting the mood for sleep with essential oils such as lavender, and evaluating what is the best amount of sleep needed.
This week, be intentional in making one small change in increasing your sleep-care to help you be the best you daily.

&lt;p&gt;As we are intentional in caring and loving ourselves first, we can then give and receive that love in return from others. It all starts from recognizing Whose we are and how divinely unique each of us is and all the great qualities we bring to every relationship.&lt;/p&gt;
