From scanning items at the grocery store to routing airplanes across the globe — technology is the central nervous system of our world. Now, enterprise AI is rewriting how those systems think: finding patterns, making connections, and reshaping how enterprises operate at a scale we've never seen before.

Architect the Future brings the enterprise perspective to the AI conversation. Each episode features leaders at the forefront of AI adoption and explores how the technology is transforming business. Across industries, we examine the decisions, systems, and designs shaping the next era of enterprise AI.

What will value creation look like in this new landscape? How can businesses increase quality and efficiency while still prioritizing responsible AI governance? And what does it mean to lead in a time of such big transformation? Architect the Future explores how organizations can navigate rapid AI-driven change with intention and a focus on what’s next. Because the future doesn’t simply happen to us. We build it.

About our Host, Tom Martin:
Tom Martin is the global lead of the AI Platforms Group at BCG Platinion, Boston Consulting Group's technology architecture and large-scale implementation division. He leads a team of solution architects, AI engineers, and technical program managers who design, build, and scale agents and AI platforms for clients across technology, media & telco, consumer & retail, and banking & insurance.

Tom's work spans the full journey from concept to production: AI solution architecture, agent and platform design, model adaptation and fine-tuning for cost and performance at scale, applied research, spec-driven development, and model evaluations that actually matter. He's equally passionate about scaling AI responsibly and cost-effectively — and about making AI understandable for everyone, whether that's a boardroom, a frontline team, or anyone trying to figure out what this technology means for their work and their life.
