I'm Christie.

I'm a somatic wellness practitioner, a corporate maven, and someone who once had a complete meltdown in a company car park on a Tuesday and called it a regulation practice.
It was. Technically ;).

Be Gentle With Me is my podcast about nervous system regulation, burnout recovery and what coming home to yourself actually looks like — not from the mountaintop, but from the car park, the bathroom stall, the spare meeting room where you've been quietly holding it together for the last three hours.

I spent years achieving my way through a wound I hadn't healed. Building on a foundation that looked impressive from the outside and cost me everything on the inside. I've been through the collapse, the depression, the losing friends who only wanted the highlight reel.
And I found my way back — not to who I was before, but to someone quieter, softer and considerably more rested.

This show is where I talk about all of it. Honestly. With humour. Because if you can't laugh at yourself shaking it out in a fogged up car — what are we even doing.

No wellness gloss. No perfect recovery arc. Just real talk from someone still in it.
