When I was younger, my 4th grade teacher told my mom that I was "finally coming out of my shell." My mom was proud and I was proud too. Even as a young 4th grader, I was already trying to go against my natural quieter personality. Now as a 34-year-old woman, I am learning how to open my arms up to my quieter traits and see them as strengths.

In this episode, I go over 5 things you need to hear as an introvert and specially if you're an entrepreneur. I hope this episode shows you that being an introvert is a superpower and not a deficiency.

Taking Risks: My New York Story

Ideal Client Avatar or ICA with a Twist

When I was thinking about my ideal client avatar or ICA I was stuck creating one, two, even three ICA's. When I was thinking about this I had no sales yet, I had no customers or clients and I was told that after truly honing in on an ICA my messaging and positioning would be easier.

That was not the case. However, I did hone in on an ICA after I tried the strategies that I share with you in this episode for how to reframe the concept of ICA.
