In this episode we’re talking all about the recently-installed facilities at school by speaking first of all to Jenny Mollon, she’s from the company that provided the equipment, but then we speak to four children from Years 4 and 5 because I ask them what they really think of everything that’s been installed.

Because it’s all well and good hearing the theory of why good learning spaces are important for the children but I really wanted to know what it’s actually like for them. So we hear from Caitlin, Oscar, Autumn and from Arthur.

And then I even get the chance to sneak in a few questions from Mr Wardle, the Headmaster, to get his views on everything.

Craig Wardle is the Headmaster and he’s joined by two other Heads as well. Jessica is Head Girl and Dharam is Head Boy, together they make up part of the school’s mini-SLT, that’s Senior Leadership Team.

So we’re about to hear how you apply to be part of mini-SLT, we hear what the important things are for the children at Benedict House Prep School and we hear about the favourite subjects our Head Boy and Head Girl enjoy at school.

But I also ask Craig, the Headmaster, how he got into education, what he enjoys doing when he’s not in school and also why he believes a mini-SLT is so important.
