Diana Chow is a music producer, multi-instrumentalist, and singer-songwriter. Fusing her lifelong love of music and classically trained background with her long-time career in tech and software engineering, she produces melodic electronic music independently as well as for other artists and media.

She is currently wrapping a short film music video in collaboration with LA-based R&B artist SHAYLA the artist, soon to be released at the end of April.

Vanessa Anyanso is a Nigerian-American Counseling Psychology student born and raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. She earned her BA in Psychology from Columbia University and spent two years working as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania before coming to the University of Minnesota. She is broadly interested in Black mental health with a focus on Black women and other Black people with intersecting marginalized identities.

She is also the host of PhDiversity Podcast which focuses on two broad goals: demystifying the path to a Psychology PhD program and sharing counseling psychology content knowledge with a focus on diversity. She aims to share tips and knowledge she wished she had when applying and entering graduate school and to highlight the areas of her field that could benefit from a multicultural lens.

Marian DeSouza is a creative director and visual artist from New Zealand, based in NYC. Using her 16 years of experience working for luxury brands in various countries, as a designer and art director, her focus is now on 2013 - established Studio by Harlow.

In addition to freelancing for niche & luxury label clients, Marian’s work is pivoted towards community art movements, gender-fluid fashion, issues affecting WOC & nature-first design practices.

Kourtni Lynn is a wife, marketer, manager and producer. She studied marketing at Kennesaw State University and used that education to launch a private creative firm by the name of TwentyFour where she acts as executive producer, alongside her husband who acts as creative director. TwentyFour has a roster of individuals and brands such as AE the Cool, SuperPhone, Production Rockstars, Jacquees, K Camp, CURVYcon, and more.

Beyond her love for production, she is a girl’s girl who is passionate about uplifting women, specifically women of melanin. She has spent her time building an organization by the name of Queens At Work where those women can thrive within a community. Her background in marketing and production go hand-in-hand with this mission as she uses those tools to advance the women around her through this platform.

Jessica Mixon is a Creole American performing artist born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Growing up in the Big Easy, Jessica was enriched in the art and culture of the city at a very young age.

Unfortunately, at the age of thirteen, Hurricane Katrina damaged her home and destroyed both pianos, but the skills and musical attributes she acquired from the instruments have not been forgotten.

In 2010, Jessica began attending Loyola University New Orleans for Vocal Performance.

She continues to share her talents in the form of music, art, writing, and photography with audiences around the world. You can find her fighting for equality and using her creative roots to bring light to the injustices and societal discrepancies that many communities face around the world. If you wanna see her in element, you can catch her, year-round, as a member of the beloved vocal trio, The Victory Belles, at the National WWII museum.
