CIF is failing to protect female athletes and violating Title IX. And unless action is taken, this same male is expected to win the Girls’ State Championship on May 31st. This is the injustice we were told would “never happen.”

📜 Rewriting History in the CA Senate:The California Senate just passed SR 38 to officially honor Harvey Milk—without mentioning his history of relationships with underage boys. According to The Mayor of Castro Street, Milk, at 33, had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy. Today, that would likely result in arrest—not recognition. Why are we ignoring the truth and celebrating behavior that would be condemned under current laws?

Greg and Sophia discuss California State Senator Catherine Blakespear is reigniting the debate over assisted suicide by seeking to expand the state’s End of Life Option Act (EOLOA). The 2016 law, which allows terminally ill adults with less than six months to live to request life-ending drugs, could soon include patients with early to mid-stage dementia and other non-terminal conditions, if Blakespear’s proposals gain traction.

Christian foster parents with traditional, biblical beliefs on gender and sexuality are being systematically excluded from California’s foster care system due to the enforcement of SB 407. This new law, authored by Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), mandates that foster parents, irrespective of whether they have an LGBTQ-identified child in their care, must affirm a child’s chosen gender identity or sexual orientation. Neutrality is no longer acceptable under the updated guidelines issued by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS).

In an overwhelming series of victories for families, a coalition of parental rights groups are grateful that the voters saw what is at stake and ushered in a wave of pro-parental rights candidates to school board seats across California. As voters took a powerful stand for transparency, accountability, and the fundamental rights of parents to direct the upbringing of their own children, families in a number of diverse school districts across the state are now empowered to pushback against anti-parent policies often advanced by state lawmakers in Sacramento.

Gov. Newsom seems to be upset about abortion "rights", transgender ideology, and illegal immigration.

Parents at a California elementary school were alarmed in January after discovering a 3rd-grade teacher was allowed to personally invite all the 3rd through 6th-grade classes to a new LGBTQ club he was starting. The “UBU Club” as he called it, was for “boys who crush on boys” and “girls who crush on girls,” but anyone could come, the kids were told. Yet parents weren’t told anything about the club.

CIF’s Discriminatory Policies that Put High School Girls at Risk

Harrison will shed light on the ideological and political differences he experiences with Sawyer's mother, a conflict that has unexpectedly grown into a major concern of safety for Sawyer. Sawyer's mother is now raising him with a "non-binary" upbringing, openly discussing this on social media, even though Sawyer is a boy, Harrison states that Sawyer gets upset when he is called a girl or "they". This discrepancy, combined with the mother's worrisome history of multiple mental health issues and a prior safety incident, prompted Harrison to seek full custody, a request that was regrettably denied.

Harrison is steadfast in his assertion that his son is well aware of that he is a boy. In the face of these challenges, Harrison is resolutely dedicated to ensuring Sawyer's safety, and happiness, and making sure no other child endures this by testifying at the State Capitol, speaking at Press Conferences, and sharing his story to inform people on the reality of what is happening in todays upside down California..

Shaw has been the leader of the movement to fight for parent rights. On July 20th CVUSD passed a parent notification policy, which quickly led to death threats towards Shaw and her family, as well as pushback from elected officials in Sacramento.
