He rose to national prominence in radio circles during his 13-year stint as President/CEO of Cheery Creek Radio- a media company focused on small to medium-size markets that Joe started from scratch. He is an expert at growing people and companies.</p><p><br></p><p>Joe emphasized one thing in his years as Radio station owner and that was Revenue. He stressed it throughout the organization as not just the top priority but also numbers 2, 3, 4, and so on.</p><p><br></p><p>To get there, Joe's companies invested heavily in training. He insisted upon it for every seller, in every market.
