We are getting into the real reason your backend feels heavy, why you keep starting over, and what it actually takes to build a business that can hold what God said is next. Three episodes. By the end, you will know exactly where your gaps are and what to do about them.Friend, are you tired of feeling stuck in your faith journey, knowing God has called you to something more, but not knowing how to step into it? Do you ever feel like you're doing all the "right" Christian things but still lacking the clarity and confidence to walk in your true assignment? Have you ever longed for authentic conversations about faith that don't sugarcoat the struggle but still point you to Jesus?

You can walk boldly in your God-given assignment with clarity, confidence, and your authentic voice fully intact.

Hey friend! Welcome to Conversations with the Courageous Christian Homegirl! I'm Whitney, your Christian homegirl, project manager, encourager, and fellow sister in Christ who's here to have the real conversations we need.

I've been exactly where you are, overwhelmed, unclear about my calling, and afraid to fully step into what God was asking of me. But I discovered that walking in your assignment doesn't mean losing yourself, it means finding who God truly created you to be.

This podcast is your space for bold, honest conversations that will help you gain clarity on your God-given assignment and walk in it confidently, build authentic faith that goes beyond surface-level Christianity, find your voice and use it without apology, experience real growth through conviction mixed with encouragement, and connect with a community of women who are choosing courage over comfort. Every episode brings you practical wisdom, biblical truth, genuine encouragement, and yes a few giggles along the way. This is where faith gets real, and you get equipped.

I'm so excited to walk this journey with you, homegirl! Grab your favorite drink, get comfy, and let's dive into what God has for you.

Let me ask you something real. When is the last time you felt on top of things? Not surviving the week. Actually on top of it.

In this episode we are getting into operational chaos. Not a busy season. Not the cost of doing business. The quiet chaos that has been running in the background so long you stopped noticing it was even there.

Here is what it tends to look like. You wake up and before your feet hit the floor your brain is already running through everything you did not get done. The to do list never gets shorter, it just shuffles. Client emails slip through the cracks. Your onboarding lives in your head and changes every single time depending on how overwhelmed you are that week. You are doing admin at 11pm because there was no room for it during the day. Your inbox has basically become your to do list. And you have started three project management tools and not one of them stuck.

Here is the truth I want you to sit with. It was never about the tool. I have run million dollar projects on a simple spreadsheet. The tool is not your problem. The missing structure is.

God did not give you the vision so you could run it into the ground. Your calling is real and it is yours. But a calling without structure will lead you straight to exhaustion. Peace is not a luxury. Galatians 5 calls it a fruit of the Spirit. And Proverbs 16:3 says commit your work to the Lord and your plans will be established. You cannot commit chaos to God and expect Him to bless the mess. He is not the author of confusion.

Most of us built our businesses on survival, not on scale. And what got you here is not what carries you where God is taking you next.
