Dr. Semir (Sam) Osmanagich is a pioneering researcher, author, and explorer whose 2005 discovery of the Bosnian Pyramid Complex ignited a global awakening to ancient wisdom and lost civilizations. Born June 1, 1960, in Zenica, Bosnia-Herzegovina, he has spent over 40 years studying megalithic cultures, sacred geometry, and the energetic properties of ancient sites. His work challenges conventional archaeology, offering a bold vision of humanity’s deep past.

In April 2005, while visiting Visoko, Osmanagich noticed a hill with a striking pyramid shape. Beneath layers of soil lay a massive, precision-built structure — now known as the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun. About Niahm: mother of one, grandmother of two. Three dogs, one cat, five chickens and a beekeeper with 65,000 bees in each hive! Retired nurse who specialised in surgery, then managed dementia units and nursing homes for 21 years. The whistleblower in a notorious case of neglect and abuse in Liverpool that ITV did a documentary on. Campaigning for improvements in elderly care led me down rabbit holes and introduced me to Michael Tellinger's One Small Town initiative. I have been a keen gardener since the age of 5, grow 95% of my own fruit and veg. I teach others how to grow and preserve food now using my time-banking system. I do reiki and into plant and herb medicine. I love walking in nature, cycling, history. I'm a humanitarian and with my partner we turned our holiday in Kos into an aid mission to support thousands of Syrian refugees in September 2015, raising thousands of pounds to get them food, toiletries and shoes. This reached international headline news.

One of our older members who suffers with arthritis, recently moved house. She used the time-banking system to have her furniture moved and her new home decorated. 1. They say a society can be judged on how it treats the vulnerable and elderly. Our elderly sell their homes to spend thousands staying in care homes receiving substandard care. 2. The other is a quote by anthropologist Margaret Mead, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

Early Career & Awakening

Emma trained at the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA) in the late 1980s and played a doctor on Granada TV's Medics in the 1990s. A growing awareness of having “accidentally drug-pushed for Big Pharma” on television stirred a pivotal shift in her thinking

As a decorative artist, Emma suffered metabolic issues exacerbated by heavy-metal exposure from solvents and pigments. Her two daughters, born at home, faced health challenges—catalysts for Emma’s dramatic personal transformation

Emma later turned to small holding, to access real clean food, launching initiatives such as “Pig Club,” “Lamb Share,” and “The Coop Co op” in Forest Row, Sussex. Running a Community Supported Agriculture scheme for 10 years, supplying veg boxes to locals, Emma was a Demeter Certified Biodynamic grower.

Now a fully trained GAPS coach, Emma founded Timeless Cookery Club, an online cookery school and coaching platform. Her gentle yet firm approach has guided hundreds of families, helping them overcome everything from chronic inflammation and autoimmune conditions to ADHD, tics, autism-spectrum disorders, eczema, allergy and persistent fatigue—all by using food as medicine

Emma has become a leading advocate for gut healing nutrition, what she calls "food as medicine."
