During that challenge we asked naturals to give up their beloved shea butter, coconut oil, castor oil and Eco Styler gel for 30 days. We also asked that they avoid using products that contained shea butter, coconut oil and castor oil within the first five of the ingredients.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">Within 30 days of following our recommendations many participants not only saw a shift in their hair but they also had a whole shifting of their minds.
