2. In the case of Jordan Wells v. Meta Platforms, Inc. and ByteDance Ltd., Kristen Wells is suing Meta and ByteDance after her son, Jordan Wells, died subway surfing in New York City. She alleges their platforms' algorithms promoted subway surfing content, contributing to his death. The lawsuit centers on the platforms' responsibility towards minors, free speech, and the "attractive nuisance" doctrine. In light of the issues involved in this case, it is possible it could end up in the U.S. Supreme Court.

3. Punch, a baby Japanese macaque born at the Ichikawa City Zoo in Japan, was abandoned by his mother shortly after birth and had to be hand-raised by zookeepers. To help him cope with isolation and anxiety, keepers gave him a stuffed IKEA orangutan plush toy, which Punch clung to for comfort and security. This incident raises the question of whether NYPD Commissioner Tisch and Mamdani can continue to play together in the same sandbox.

4. Trump’s recent State of the Union address lasted 148 minutes and was filled with lies and undignified behavior, magnifying how far America has fallen from when President Lincoln gave the Gettysburg address in two minutes, which provided moral clarity about the justification for the Civil War. On the other hand, Trump’s self-indulgence and delusional speech highlight how he is almost, if not more, demented than his predecessor, Joe Biden.

1) Stu recounts two near-death experiences, one of which was when Stu was given a shot by a doctor that he had a very bad reaction to, which derailed his plans to go to the racetrack, and he ended up back in the hospital, nearly unconscious, and the nurse could not feel his pulse. The second involved a serious car accident where a truck drove through a “Stop” sign into Stu’s vehicle, which also landed him in the hospital.

2) David’s daughter announced she was getting married next year in June, and preparations are underway for a low-key wedding. As part of this story, David recalls how he married at the City Hall in Chicago, so he doesn’t have vast experience planning a wedding. But, being that his daughter’s mother died when she was nine years old, David has often had to step in and fill the void his daughter must feel not having a mother at pivotal moments of her life, including when shopping for a wedding dress.

3) The Citi-Bike program was first implemented in 2013 by Mayor Bloomberg as a means to reduce congestion and help the environment. However, the program has been poorly administered, the bike rentals are expensive, and the kiosks are often malfunctioning. David recounts his experience with Citi-Bikes, including when riding one, and a cab ran over his foot and broke it on his way to an outdoor SoulCycle class during COVID.

This latest release further exposes the elites who congregated with Epstein, including some major figures in Trump’s universe, such as Howard Lutnik, and the parasite Elon Musk, even though both have steadfastly denied any involvement with the infamous sex trafficker. Even Trump himself has been implicated in this tawdry spectacle.

3. As a result of a hazing death at Northern Arizona University involving excessive drinking, three fraternity brothers of a Delta Tau Delta fraternity were arrested. Under Arizona law, this death could be treated as a felony. This incident has spurred calls for more laws directed at curbing hazing and emboldened those who have called for banning fraternities altogether. Stu feels that it is an overreaction, while David fully supports the elimination of these antiquated institutions from all college campuses.

4. Trump’s toxic brand is showing further signs of alienating Americans, including voters in deep red Texas, where a Democratic candidate, Taylor Rehmet, flipped a state senate seat that had been held by Republicans for 45 years in a special election. Instead of cementing his image on Mount Rushmore, Trump is heading towards lame duck status in a humiliating spectacle that demonstrates what a pathetic excuse of a president he is. Sooner or later, the Republicans might come to their senses and join the Democrats in impeaching his felonious ass.

1) In the last month, two protestors in Minneapolis were murdered at the hands of poorly trained ICE operatives who are being managed by a dog-killing adulterer, Kristi Noem. When responding to the myriad calls of outrage over these killings, ICE Barbie flagrantly lied, and now, due to her incompetence and cruelty, Trump has been forced to retreat in Minneapolis on these aggressive tactics, which has undermined any legitimate immigration enforcement.

2) If you disagree with Trump, fail to praise him, or, good heavens, ridicule him, your day of reckoning will come. In this segment, we will cover some examples of those who have felt the venomous, vengeful bite of this small-handed, thin-skinned, petty, poor excuse of a man who claims to be a president. A strong leader often encourages disparate opinions, but this whining nepo baby narcissist can’t handle it, which might explain why his second term is turning out to be even more disastrous than his first.

3) Trump loves to impose tariffs on those who rebuff him without much reason or logic. But now he has overplayed his hand with his childish outbursts. Our usual allies are now striking trade deals with India and China and becoming less dependent on the United States, which weakens the US economy. Even more disgusting, Trump has failed to finalize any trade deals despite all his bluster. So the impact of his tariffs has shifted global alliances and caused economic devastation for the American economy.

4) The Broadway musical, "The Music Man," revolved around a phony music professor who scammed school moms and children in Iowa. Unlike the musical, recently we learned of an actual flimflammer named Ian Roberts, who was superintendent of the largest school district in Des Moines. We will discuss this grifter and the comical vetting process that led to Mr. Roberts being appointed to this high level position.

Iraq later expropriated the building. The French continued to use the building, but stopped paying rent to the "evicted" family. The family is now seeking back rent. Oy Vey!

3. David and Victoria Beckham have cultivated a favorable public persona, including a Netflix documentary in 2023 that resulted in a lot of positive feedback for the couple, who are beloved in the UK and internationally. As part of this image, they were described as involved and concerned parents for their four children. However, this finely honed portrayal has been brought into question by their son, Brooklyn, who has publicly denounced his parents and may have put a dent in their public image. Perhaps David and Victoria aren’t exactly as they appear and are more akin to controlling monsters who drove their child to a public outburst.

This time, Letitia James, our left-leaning attorney general, brought this politically motivated prosecution rather than the usual suspect, Fat Alvin Bragg.

4. New York spends more per pupil on education than most states, including a poor one like Mississippi, yet the educational outcomes in New York are substandard and below average. Meanwhile, Mississippi’s outcomes have vastly improved and exceed New York’s. By taking common-sense measures to improve reading and math scores, Mississippi is being viewed as a miracle, while NY Democrats cater to the whims of the teachers’ unions rather than the students.

Trump is long noted for the way he stiffs creditors and his multiple bankruptcies so it is rather ironic that his Administration has now proclaimed that they plan to garnish wages for those in default on government loans for school. It is good to know that Trump has finally found merit in paying off one’s debts.

2. The tragic death of Tatiana Schlossberg from cancer at 35 years old, leaving two young children and a husband behind, was greeted with sadness universally, except for this disgusting President, who mocked the Kennedys on Truth Social shortly after her death was announced. Once again, Trump can’t help but demonstrate why he is a tasteless, classless, vulgar abomination who is totally unfit to serve as President.

3. A father, concerned for his son who was being bullied at a Kentucky State College, went to the campus to intervene. During the confrontation, violence broke out, leading the father to shoot two of the alleged bullies, resulting in one fatality. After the incident, a grand jury reviewed the case and chose not to indict the father for murder, suggesting that the circumstances may have justified his actions. We discuss how disturbing it is that this campus is as troubled and unsafe as the notorious violence of the Chicago project

4. We discuss how pointless New Year's resolutions are, as most people abandon them quickly, and real personal growth doesn't depend on the calendar. Instead of making dramatic promises, people should consider steady, honest self-improvement throughout the year.

(1) The nepo baby neophyte anti-Semite, Mamdani, and how the early signs of his administration indicate he will take NYC down a sad and dangerous path, most notably his choice of far-left advisors who will only add fuel to the fire. NYC may be heading towards an even more disastrous time than COVID-19 and De Blasio, the worst mayor ever until now.

(2) Elise Stefanik was a rising star in the Republican Party, and she could have potentially rid New York of Kathy Hochul, a hapless and weak governor who has been underwhelming in her role. But instead, Stefanik announced her withdrawal from the race and national politics after Trump went out of his way to undermine her for reasons that are inexplicable except that he prefers morons and fools over the competent.

(3) It seems that there is no shortage of bratty nepo babies, and they aren’t always left-wing radicals. Evita Duffy-Alonso, the daughter of Trump's Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy, threw a temper tantrum at the airport when she chastised the TSA agents after having a problem of her own making. She said on social media that the TSA should be abolished. This self-absorbed, privileged girl needs a history lesson.

(4) Although in America we are in serious decline, there have been some positive developments in 2025 throughout the world, as noted in a recent article in The Times of London. We will showcase some of the more notable cultural, scientific, environmental, and societal developments that should lift us from the morass and cultural depravity we are witnessing in Washington, DC.

1. Rob Reiner, an acclaimed director and actor, was brutally murdered along with his wife, causing shockwaves and grief throughout the country. Reiner played the iconic role of Meathead in “All in the Family” and directed some beloved films. Instead of expressing condolences, this president mocked and ridiculed Reiner, causing a backlash even among the MAGA faithful. It is hard to know if this is the last straw for Trump, but with behavior like this, it is no shock that his approval ratings are in the gutter. America has had enough of this classless orange pig.

2. In 1838, Georgetown University, a Jesuit institution, orchestrated the sale of 272 enslaved men, women, and children to save the college from significant debt. About 15 years ago, student activism and research prodded Georgetown to make amends for this offense. We will explore whether Georgetown’s response was appropriate or an unwarranted surrender to the DEI movement.

3. Susie Wiles, Trump’s Chief of Staff, gave a candid and unvarnished insider’s view of the chaotic policymaking and personalities of this Administration in an interview with Vanity Fair. Wiles gave brutal assessments of key players, including J.D. Piglet Vance, Elon Musk, and Pam Bondi, and compared Trump’s decision-making to that of an alcoholic’s personality. These revelations have further highlighted how dysfunctional and poorly run Trump’s second term is and bring into question how sustainable this MAGA movement is.

4. Stu is going to give a verbal summary of a historical tour of a tiny section of E. 10th Street in the East Village, including a discussion about Abe Lebewohl, the man's wonderful deli, and his untimely end; St. Mark's Church, which has a record of the longest period of continuous service in Manhattan; a tiny, oddly angled street that is the only street running due east and west in Manhattan; and the Ukrainian National Home, a nearby restaurant that still evokes an earlier time.

FIFA, the scandal-plagued organization that administers the World Cup, had the audacity to create the FIFA Peace Prize and award it to Trump, a convicted felon and serial liar. FIFA's President Infantino clearly expects something in return from Trump for the public adoration and glitzy, gold trophy.

2. Trump has taken over the Kennedy Center, claiming that it was too woke and had become a forum for drag shows, even though there is no evidence that there was more than one drag brunch there. And this week, Trump awarded the Kennedy Center honors to an odd selection of has-beens and B-listers, including Gloria Gaynor. However, Gaynor is most famous for the gay anthem “I Will Survive,” which is often played in drag shows. Meanwhile, attendance has dropped at the Center to levels not seen since COVID.

3. Medicare/Medicaid fraud is booming, with one of the targets being senior citizens. Stu takes a look at the senior issue and the impact of Medicare/Medicaid fraud and other scams on our national treasury, our insurance premiums, and our national psyche.

4. Mamdani has made a number of appointments and statements since being elected that indicate he has no plans to walk away from his radical and antisemitic views, despite his slavish behavior towards Trump in the Oval Office. He has even gone so far as to appoint a convicted felon to his transition team in charge of public safety and decided to move into the lavish Gracie Mansion after claiming he was for affordable housing and wealth redistribution. It doesn’t get worse than this.

Instead, we have learned that he presided over a massive fraud scheme where COVID relief money was diverted for illicit means, including allegations that the funds were diverted to a terrorist group. Walz has done all he could to evade blame, but the fact speaks for themselves, and this incident further solidifies his position as one of the most incompetent leaders in America.

3) Trump's anti-DEI Executive Order here in the U.S. has generated turmoil in the administration of a U.S. military cemetery in the Netherlands. After a bit of hesitation, the Dutch are delicately resisting an attempt to erase history.

4) A confidential report prepared by a group of 24 bipartisan FBI insiders has been leaked to the media and provides further damning evidence of Kash Patel’s mismanagement of the FBI and how he has jeopardized our law enforcement efforts. Thus far, the White House has defended Patel, but insiders claim that his time at the FBI is coming to an end as he has become another embarrassment to the Trump administration.

As for Wilkins, she should pay her own bills rather than nursing off the public nipple.

(4) Once again, our bizarre Secretary of Health and Human Services, RFK, Jr., has caused headlines over his alleged affair with a political reporter, Olivia Nuzzi, and the erotic text messages and poetry he sent her, including vile and crude sexual acts that further highlight his moral depravity and indecency.

3. The Epstein scandal has plagued Trump all week once again, as the House and Senate passed a bill demanding the release of the Epstein files. Trump was forced to sign the bill and reversed course after MAGA stalwarts like Marjorie Taylor Greene refused to bend to his pressure campaign. Trump’s cover-up of the Epstein files raises serious concerns about his involvement with a notorious sex trafficker and pedophile, as well as many other perverted MAGA billionaires who palled around with Epstein.

4. A lighthearted tale that Stu found engaging, involving Frankie the Flamingo’s “Great Escape." In this case, Frankie, against all odds, flew the coop earlier this month in the UK and moved to France.

3. As a follow-up to Stu’s earlier story on online sports betting, we will discuss how sports owners have taken another step into a moral abyss this week with revelations that two major league pitchers were involved in a betting scam.

4. House Democrats have released redacted emails from the Epstein files, which clearly implicate that Trump may have had more knowledge of Epstein’s sex tracking operation than he has previously acknowledged. This embarrassing spectacle will only further inflame the divisions caused by Trump’s refusal to release all the Epstein files, in contradiction of his earlier promises.

5. In the latest testament to Trump’s egomania, the Administration has revealed that Trump’s face will appear on both sides of a new coin in 2026. The levels the MAGA sycophants will go to appease this attention-craving juvenile of a President apparently have no bounds whatsoever.

3) A discussion of legalized gambling in professional sports in the USA, and predictions as to its ramifications. Due to the support of the owners of major sports teams, gambling in professional sports is sending this country further down a dark, unethical path.

4) In the off year elections with key races in Virginia, New Jersey and New York City, voters have spoken loudly and the Republicans suffered a massive rebuke by voters as the GOP had substantial nationwide losses, and in the center of capitalism, NYC, voters installed a socialist neophyte nepo baby antisemite as Mayor that will have a devastating impact on the city and make us look back fondly on the DeBlasio years, the worst Mayor in NYC history as of yet.

4. Finally, another update on Hegseth’s obsession with gay and trans issues as the Pentagon blasted a new series on Netflix, Boots, which chronicles the story of a closeted gay marine going through basic training in the 90s.

5. Recently, a 15-year-old student was beaten and stabbed by a gang of delinquents in Queens, and they stole his expensive sneakers. Another example of outrageous urban inhumanity that reminded Stu of a similar robbery from 35 years ago. As of yet, none of the perpetrators has been caught.

6. The NYC mayor's race is coming to a conclusion, and record numbers of voters have already cast early votes as the race seems to be tightening a little. The demographics of the voters skew older than the primary votes, but Sliwa remains in the race, splitting the more moderate voters, which favors the anti-Semitic Mamdani. We discuss Eric Adams’ endorsement of Cuomo and the big rally held for Mamdani in Queens, where our hapless Governor, Kathy Hochul, was shouted down by the crowd in a humiliating spectacle. Regardless of the outcome, NYC will remain in sorry shape regardless of who may win.

7. Finally, we will discuss four cases of female teachers who sexually assaulted male students, including the well-known and notorious cases of Pamela Smart and Mary Kay LeTourneau and two more recent ones.

Although there have been several robberies at the Louvre in the past, including the theft of the Mona Lisa, this heist brings into question how the French run the museum and the lack of adequate security for its national treasures.

2. Once again, Trump has made headlines with his latest makeover of the White House. This time, dramatic photos have been splashed across the front page of major newspapers of the demolition of the East Wing to accommodate an expanded ballroom, which has been one of Trump’s pet projects for years. This raises concerns about preserving our historical buildings and whether this project violates historic preservation laws. It is also disturbing that Trump’s tackiness is now being imposed on treasured national symbols.

3. Pete Hegseth’s tenure at the Pentagon as Defense Secretary has been a troubled one, and he is now mandating restrictions on reporters covering his bungling of our national defense, including requiring them to sign some pledge in order to cover the Pentagon. Most major news outlets, including Fox News, have refused to do so. We also cover Hegseth’s lurid personal life that includes drinking excessively, adultery, sexual assault, and repeated homophobic remarks. With a record like that, Hegseth is in no position to make moral judgments about anyone and is certainly not the epitome of the masculine ideal.

4. Since Trump took office in January, he has pardoned and commuted sentences of a number of unsavory characters, including the January 6th rioters who threatened to lynch his own Vice President, Mike Pence. Now he is considering commuting sentences for P. Diddy & Ghislaine Maxwell. And over the weekend, he commuted George Santos’ sentence. Trump’s misuse of his commutation and pardon powers is a national disgrace.

Unlike the whining American feminists like the Stepford wife Hillary Clinton, Thatcher not only broke the glass ceiling, she shattered it into a million pieces and didn’t rely upon her sexually assaulting husband for power as Hillary did. RIP Iron Lady!

2. Clark Olofsson, who recently died, was a Swedish bank robber most famous for his involvement in a 1973 Stockholm bank siege that helped inspire the phenomenon of “Stockholm Syndrome,” where hostages sympathize with their captors. We discuss the link between Olofsson and Patty Hearst, a heiress, who was kidnapped by the left-wing Symbionese Liberation Army (SLA) and became involved with the SLA’s radical and criminal behavior.

3. Marjorie Taylor Greene has been a steadfast MAGA supporter before it was fashionable and much loathed by the Democrats in Congress. She was once referred to as a bleach-blonde, bad-built, butch body by a leading progressive. But now MTG is leading a rebellion against MAGA sycophants, spurred on by the Jeffrey Epstein files cover-up and the mistreatment of women leaders in the House by Speaker Johnson and the males that dominate the MAGA movement. Unlike these “weak” males, MTG’s revolt may be the sign of the first crack in Republican solidarity.

4. We conclude with a story about Jey Gonzalez-Diaz and his antics on a Royal Caribbean Cruise, Rhapsody of the Seas, where he jumped ship in Puerto Rico to allegedly avoid a gambling debt he owed to the cruise line. He was also carrying cash, multiple IDs, and phones when he was apprehended. He now faces possible criminal charges.

In this episode, we will discuss Trump's peace deal in Gaza and how we begrudgingly acknowledge that this is a big achievement. The other topics covered include the following:

1) October is Italian-American Heritage month, and we discuss Italian immigration to the United States that started in the late 19th century and the way Italians were mistreated, including a court ruling holding that Italians aren’t white, mass lynchings, employment discrimination, and internments. Even today, Italians are often portrayed as thugs and murderers, even though Italians set the foundations for Democratic societies and culture, and art.

2) The award of the Nobel Peace Prize to Venezuelan dissident, Maria Corina Machado, and the oppressive government in Venezuela under Nicholas Maduro, who has been running the country into the ground since 2013;

3) One of the highlights of Trump’s second term is his vengeance campaign against his perceived enemies. In one case, he fired a respected prosecutor in the Southern District of New York, Maureen Comey. Meanwhile, NY still has a lax enforcement policy with the laws already on the books.

3) Matthew Christopher Pietras was found dead in his apartment shortly after it was discovered that he had transferred stolen funds from the Soros family to donate to the Met Opera. This is another morality tale highlighting how elite NYC society embraces those with the right looks and performance without doing their due diligence, as is the case with the disastrous Zohran Mamdani.

4) The NYC Council is once again considering banning the horse and buggies in Central Park due to recent incidents involving alleged cruelty to the horses. But it is debatable on how poorly these horses are treated and is reminiscent of when one of the worst Mayors ever, Bill de Blasio, attempted to implement such a ban.

His earlier track record as a school principal was even more disturbing and should disqualify him from even teaching nursery school, let alone being responsible for one of the largest school systems in the country.

4) Liberal Newton, MA Mayor Ruth Ruth Anne Miller has caused a stir when she attempted to ethnically erase an Italian-American neighborhood by painting over the Italian flag colors under false pretenses during an annual festival that has taken place for over 90 years. Her overreach is another example of left-wing hypocrisy about racism and discrimination.

Regardless, allowing legalized gambling in our communities is a further reflection of New York's decline under the failed Democrat leadership.

4) In light of the crisis America's youth is facing and the spiritual decline that pervades throughout our nation, we discuss the merits of a national service program as a means to re-engage our youth.
