It’s something that we can all struggle with from time to time, to one degree or another. Sometimes the overwhelm is based in real events that we can’t change but we have to hold tight to the Lord and walk through, knowing He is with us. Other feelings of overwhelm can be a more generalised feeling inside… something that creeps into our heart for no obvious reason but threatens to consume us all the same. We will be looking at why we can have these feelings, what God’s heart is for us and some steps we can take to invite God into the midst of what is really going on.
