This is the first year I'm consciously manifesting and actively calling in manifestations. I've been kind of doing it sporadically, and realizing, "Oh, I did that!" But now that I am deep, deep in the spiritual work and I can really understand the nature of co-creation, I have been actively manifesting for about 1.5-2 years.

Lemme tell you, it's not what has been in said in a lot of books. I believe we're catching up to it, but I wanted to share my experiences. So much of this work is about embodiment, diving into the dark, brutal honesty, aligning ourselves with core values, etc.

And out of this population, I'm sure you've been to a psychic/medium and they communicated a message or two that felt, "Huh?" or, "Not.. really?" Maybe even messages that felt flat out wrong. If you have, don't freak out.

If this reader had ill intentions, I'm sorry you dealt with that. But, you are alive and safe. If this reader made a mistake or two, you're still okay.

This episode lays out some mistakes, obstacles and blocks that can create mistakes in a reading—from the practitioner's perspective, and also the client's perspective. I share this because 1) I have made a few of these mistakes 2) I've experienced these first hand as a client 3) It's important to be compassionate towards yourself, if you're a practitioner or client.

The 'unknown.' Probably one of the greatest fears of humanity--aside from abandonment and death.

I am no master at conquering the unknown, but the other month I had a divine revelation that really helped me put it into perspective. This allowed me to have much more peace with the stages of the unknown. Again, I still go through the anxieties and impatience of it, however, I feel a lot more peace with what IS and HOW I can begin to move through it with much more grace.

The three stages of the unknown:

Worthiness
The How
The Outcome

I tackle each of these stages with a deep dive of what they're rooted in, what happens/how we feel in these stages and how we can begin to ask ourselves the necessary questions, as well as reflect next steps, in order to find greater peace with the unknown and move forward with grace!

After the loss of my son, Jack, the years that followed were filled with grief, uncertainty and pain. It was a loss that brought me to my knees. In an instant all of the plans, hopes and dreams were gone. Jack was gone.

Now, you may be thinking, "Shauna is a medium, she could still connect with Jack," and the logical mind would agree. The heart, however, doesn't follow logic or reason. My heart was broken and my grief kept me from connecting with Jack for many years.

As my heart healed and I was able to find some semblance of meaning in my life again, I was able to see and feel Jack all around me. I was sitting in my office one day when I looked up to see a blue-eyed little boy, with too many freckles to count, smiling at me. He reached out his hand and placed a small heart-shaped rock in mine. I watched as Jack turned and walked toward an angel who took his small hand and they walked back into the light together. It was a moment I'll never forget.

Through the gift of mediumship, and connecting with Jack, I have renewed hope and faith knowing that my boy is safe and that I can connect with him and talk to him when I need to.

Jack is busy on the Other Side. His soul is in a state of growth and expansion as he continues to learn and grow. I often see Jack with other Loved Ones and that gives me a sense of peace to know he is not alone.
