Rayner started, scaled and successfully sold 40% of her business shares, which saw her exit her Cleaning Business in December 2021 at the age of 36. At the point-of-sale Rayner employed 358 staff members and had a Turn Over or nearing £4.5M.

Rayner left school at 16 with very few qualifications, pregnant and claiming state benefits. She made a promise to herself then, that one day she would make something of her life. 22 years on, a lot of time spent working long hours, making huge sacrifices, completing several courses and self-developing, at the age of 38 Rayner has achieved extra-ordinary results.

With a background in fashion from a young age Lisa decided to follow her dream and leave her corporate fashion buyer career and focus her attention full time on her business 'Style with Wisdom' as a personal stylist

With two mini humans on board this was no mean feat.

Lisa's passion for helping people to feel good in what they wear is where her heart lies.

Whether that's a CEO of a big company or a mum/dad trying to navigate their way with a toddler in tow. Either way it doesn't matter, Lisa believes everyone should feel good in what they wear.

Lisa's other passion is fitness and is a bounce fit instructor in her local town.

From Police Officer to published author, Rie has followed her passion of writing a book with a powerful message.

Her book is called "Be Kind. No Excuses" and is a guide for teenagers and parents to raise awareness of the red-flag behaviours that are a precursor to abuse in intimate relationships. 

Rie Pearson is from North Tyneside. She lives overlooking the sea and describes herself as Being on the Edge! She is married to David, her third husband, and has three children, two in their twenties and a teenager.

Rie's career background is in policing. She was a police officer for 27 years and retired on her 50th birthday due to ill health. She specialised in Domestic Violence and Safeguarding, working strategically for many years. 

She speaks openly about her passion and strong mission for helping teenagers avoid abusive relationships and for more support and awareness on women being stalked within their communities.

She is 27 years old and currently living in London.

Lucy started her entrepreneurial journey in 2018 when she decided she didn’t want her corporate bank job to be her lasting legacy to the world. Since incorporating the company, Lucy has grown Bare Kind to what you are seeing today - bamboo socks that save the lives of endangered animals all around the world! 

10% of the profits are donated to help save the animal on the sock, so each pair is linked to an animal conservation charity.

Lucy quit her bank job at the end of 2020 to run Bare Kind full time, and hasn’t looked back. The aim is to have the largest range of animal socks in the world, all contributing to save the species on the sock.
