Why I decided to explore my family roots.

Today I will share why I decided to dive deep into my family roots.

Growing up with a single mom and not really knowing my father I have come to realize how important my family history is.

I don't just want to leave a legacy but I want my son and generations to come to be familiar and appreciate our entire family.

For Christmas, I received 23andme and Ancestry DNA tests. I have submitted the test and waiting for the results. Hopefully, I will find some family and learn more about my family history. And if I don't I will make sure that my history and story is preserved.
