First up, a really important question: if Kermit the Frog was a super hero, which one would he be?

In this episode, we'll be talking about mental health, friendship, and how creative hobbies help our brains stay sane, as well as going on some side tangents (or should that be side quests?) along the way. Well, almost immediately!

How do you recharge your battery? What hobby could you chat about for aaaages? What tickles your brain? Take a listen and let us know!
