Our Hellion of The Week is Brynn Campbell - who because of dance getting canceled during quarantine decided to play in a girls tackle football league - and led her team to the championship.

Quarantine Kitchen - Jeff talks about his green chili mac and cheese - there's enough dairy in it to empty the Cache Valley reserves.

Eventually we make it to the football portion of the show and discuss the defensive staff and scheme and what we expect going forward in 2020. Next week we will jump into position previews.
