Some things I love to do are: talk about Jesus, sing, lead others, and play my harp! Throughout the course of the past couple of years, I’ve been learning and growing in my faith and if anything, this last year has taught me how to be bold.

Being courageous and saying yes to the lord by stepping out and taking that leap of faith, a simple act of obedience even when it’s frightening to do so. He has blessed me with many opportunities this last year to lead others and encourage them as well as to be encouraged! Even as a Christian I’ve struggled with fear and this last year has taught me that even when I am afraid I will truly put my faith in Jesus, the one who writes my story! My favorite verse for years has been John 14:27 which says, ”Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled and neither let them be afraid.” That verse is such a beautiful reminder that we don’t need to be afraid of what’s happening all around us or let ourselves be troubled, but to simply remember that Jesus is our peace and we can rest in him. God is good and in everything I do I want him to have the glory!
