As an Etsy Seller of 12 years I've seen Etsy go through changes, but nothing like it has been lately. Things NEED to change. We need transparency, human interaction, seller support chat, a real human being helping sellers when they have questions... We need trademarked words to be flagged by bots and listings taken down that actually have no business being there in the first place. We need change. We need transparency with shop reserves --- and a way to notify a shop if this is going to happen --- along with letting them know how to get out of it as quickly as possible. We need a step by step process they can follow to get and stay in good standing without you holding their money. We also need a change to instant refunds --- the customer typically receives the order withing 24-48 hours and they already got their refund. This leaves the sellers out of a product, out of their money and at a big loss. Etsy we stand strong in saying things need to change and now it's time to step up.
