After years of focus and hard work they were finally recognised and picked up by the mighty Shadow Child, which saw a debut release on his Food Music imprint. This was debuted by Danny Howard on his coveted Radio 1 show. Since then the duo have featured on a host of global record labels, receiving support from major radio outlets and DJs, and had music included on compilation albums such as Fabric and Toolroom.

On Sunday 24th July I got to open the FREEDOM STAGE at TOMORROWLAND.
I really wanted to delve into the past as the theme of the festival was 'The Reflection Of
Love' but I also wanted to share my sound even though we were 'warming up'. To ensure I
didn't get too energetic I promised myself that I would stick to 124bpm, and I did!
If you came to see me play, I am so grateful and it was also streamed on One World
Radio (Which I didn't know at the time!)
You might even hear yourself as it has atmosphere mics included!
Here is the 2hour set untouched, just as it happened on a gloriously hot 3rd day of
weekend 2 at the world's best festival.

Ango Tamarin has been catching our ears with energetic music made by someone who ‘knows’
It’s clear to hear in the tracks he has made that he has experienced the best djs on the best dancefloors and now is sharing his interpretation

His debut EP was released on Adam Beyer’s Truesoul imprint in April 2020 just at the beginning of lockdown and since then he has been waiting for the right moment to drop a string of releases with some of the biggest labels in dance music.

Ango received support on that first release (What Was That EP) from the likes of Joseph Capriati, Paco Osuna, Claude Vonstroke, Joris Voorn, Richie Hawtin, Black Madonna, Rebuke, Loco & Jam, and Eli Brown as well as some early plays recently from label bosses ahead of their releases including Eats Everything, Yousef, Patrick Topping, Chris Lake, Nic Fanciuli, Danny Howard and Hot Since 82.

It comes from Fergie. Our relationship goes way back into the 90s which is when he was playing hard heavyhitting house. Since then Fergie has had many sounds, identities and even a brief name change over the course of a career that began over twenty years ago (back home in Northern Ireland) but has undoubtedly remained one of dance-music’s most controversial, most successful and most loved characters. 2012 marked the beginning of a new chapter of his incredible story when he left Europe and headed for a new home, the hedonistic party capital of the world: Las Vegas. With his most audacious move yet, came a bold new sound and another chameleon-like reinvention to go with it.

This month marks the return home with a tour of the UK and off the back of OWNING the BEATPORT CHARTS with his foray back into music that matters, we thought we should get him on to showcase where his art is at!
