Laura Killingbeck, while navigating complex power dynamics in an intentional community in Costa Rica, realized that sometimes the only thing you can change is yourself. With this insight, she grabbed her bicycle <em>Enigma,</em> and cycled hundreds of kilometers along the Pacific coast. </p><p>Throughout her journey, Laura discovered that her body was her greatest teacher and nature her greatest inspiration.
