He is an Arbinger Institute certified facilitator, and co-author of the book "Advanced Negotiation and Mediation: Concepts, Skills, and Exercises." Professor Cook earned a J.D. from Georgetown University, and master’s degrees in international development and comparative education, as well as a bachelor’s degree in English, magna cum laude, from BYU. Ben Cook is an Associate Law Professor at BYU Law and director of the BYU Center for peace and conflict resolution.
