Sometimes life slaps you hard with a lesson, one that you have been quietly learning your whole life and then its like sorry I am going to need to be loud because you CLEARY are not listening.

That is what happened to me last week and what pushed me to come back for an amazing new episode.

I am someone that always takes things personal, and although I have grown a lot over the years I did not realize just how much it was affecting my life. Now that I have been slapped I get to share and show myself some more love!

ISW: Making my Therapist Proud

I did what I have always dreamed of, I made my therapist proud. Well he did not say that exactly but I could tell!

In the words of "A Guide to Giggle" I decentered Men from my life and truly found myself happy alone, now of course the toxic thought crossed my mind of "so now that I am not looking I will find right?" but the majority of the message is around how I figured out how to be happy with just me.

Also I accidentally tell one of my most traumatic 6th grade stories that is SO mean girls coded.

Plus the realization that I would have laid myself off too! Well at one of the jobs.

Oh and a new nail color I am OBSESSING over.

Episode 200!!! Grow Through What You Go Through :)

Well after going back and forth about what to do for the 200th episode the universe made a decision for me.

Monday I was in the hospital, Tuesday I got laid off from my job and Wednesday was the 200th episode so I thought maybe we should just tell that story.

Every once in awhile the episode focus on more personal that celebrity and more growth than gossip, today's is one of those. To me if feel at the most perfect time. Hitting a milestone such as this is a dream come true and an accomplishment that I needed.

I truly could not be more grateful for where I am right now and all of the challenges that have lead me to this moment.

The theme of the episode is to grow through what you go through, and I am excited to share this journey, as we have for the last 200 episodes together :)

~I’d Never Treat Me This Shitty~

A few months ago I released the Hi, I’m Heartbroken episode and was very open and honest about my break up. Since then I have released some blog post and have had lots of conversations about it but I just felt like I needed to word vomit a bit more.

My big little heart has been healing and it has not been easy. There are parts that have been fun and there are parts that are the farthest thing from it.

I just want to share the unfiltered feelings that I am having a few months after. The anger and pain. The realizations and positivity. The tears and fears. All of it.

It is so important that we value ourselves and do not allow people to stick around that make us feel like we do not deserve that value. That is really just what I wanted to get at with this episode.

I hope you get a little something from it.
