Welcome to our 2nd episode! We're learning so much on this journey and it's been fun to remember these stories together and be able to share with you all.

There is so much to share but we're trying our best to keep the episodes short and to the point. Our goal is to keep them under 30 minutes but this one had a lot of components to share.

Our Lakota word of the week is: Makhagna which describes the ceremony when the baby touches makha (earth) mixed with amniotic fluid as soon as they're born.
