She takes her role several degrees deeper than most in mentoring her students and athletes. In my opinion...she's doing it right.

While a day of work for Allen may seem mundane...I believe most of us see it as a high risk adventure. When he's not in the greater Houston area, Allen is on a large boat fishing the Bering Sea and the Gulf of Alaska. There is no doubt he could tell endless stories about great catches or nerve racking storms. Great guy and great story.
