Easter weekend, we’re keeping a 72 hour water fast, beginning Thursday night and closing Monday afternoon. Plain water with a pinch of salt, black coffee or tea if needed. Gentle movement, deep belly breathing, and lots of quiet. Autophagy after about 36 to 48 hours, the body tidies house and clears the old.
