Growing up a city girl in Southern California, Jamie knew that singing and writing were what she was born to do. She sang on worship teams, show choirs, concert choirs, cruise ships, and dinner theaters. She also had a heart for country music, which led her to move to Nashville in 2001.

Although Jamie has had much success over her 20-year career in country music, she felt a nagging, a calling, and a tug to return to her roots. As she puts it… “I’m returning to my first love, where God put a song in my heart, and made my tongue dance for him.”

With the release of her new single “Devil Ain’t Gonna” in Summer 2025, she is excited to be back in the studio and making music again. She is also working on her very first book, and can’t wait to share it with the world.

Jamie is also a cancer survivor and a health and fitness enthusiast.

She resides in Bedford County, just outside Nashville, with her husband, Lou, and their fur babies.

Film-makers Shawn and Sara Justice chat about "lucifer and the Father"

SHAWN JUSTICE

Shawn has been a filmmaker since his teens, establishing his production company at 19 years old in 1989. He did corporate and commercial work to pay the bills, but has always had a heart toward Kingdom stories. He started writing screenplays in 1992 and eventually produced and directed his first feature film in 1999, GOING THE DISTANCE, partnering with the Family Research Council for distribution.

Shawn continued to write multiple screenplays and serve his corporate clients knowing one day the doors would open to producing other films. What he didn't know is that it would be his son's passing in 2012 that would provide the funds to be able to do this. Caleb Justice is named as the sole Executive Producer of THE RECONCILER movie shot in 2014. Shawn has since gone on to direct and produce the films OUT OF THE DARKNESS, A MURDER OF INNOCENCE, and THE NARROW ROAD. He also sold his script JUSTICE that eventually became the film with the same title now on Netflix.

It wasn't until 2021 that he directed his first short film, LUCIFER AND THE FATHER, created by his friend Scott Galbraith. Shawn involved his wife, Sara, to re-write the script weeks before shooting. The short film has received multiple awards and is now serving as a pilot of a television series. Their oldest son, Joshua, has worked with his father on all of the film projects since THE RECONCILER.

Shawn is currently continuing to serve his corporate clients, but is in talks with multiple groups to sell existing screenplays, partner with others on documentaries and films, as well as take on much larger films as a for-hire production company. It's about to get even more interesting.

SARA JUSTICE

Sara has always had an artistic bent. She helped as an Art Director for a few scenes in GOING THE DISTANCE. She also was an Assistant Editor to Shawn on OUT OF THE DARKNESS and other trailers. Knowing she had skills, Shawn asked her to be the Production Designer on A MURDER OF INNOCENCE, THE NARROW ROAD, and LUCIFER AND THE FATHER.

Although Sara has reviewed and provided insight into previous screenplays of Shawn's, LUCIFER AND THE FATHER is the first where she has worked alongside him to labor together in writing something new. She may have hung up her Production Designer title, but if the short film becomes a series, the plan is for her to work with Shawn on future episodes as a Writer.

Sara has mainly focused her attention on raising her four children with Shawn. Three of them are now adults. The lessons God has taught her and Shawn through the passing of their second son who loved Jesus with all his heart has helped strengthen their marriage and the value of their time earth-side.

Dance Educator and author Mary Bawden received a BA in modern dance from UCRiverside, a MA, and a secondary teaching credential. In 1993 she developed a dance ministry at her church which continued for over 20 years.

In 2016, she released a book on dance titled “Dance is Prayer in Motion”.

Barry Stallings was born Franklin Glenn Stallings on August 25, 1968, to the late Claudious Albert “Bud” Stallings, Jr. and the late Sankie Glenn Stallings. After his parents divorced in 1974, he and his older brother Jay resided with their mother in their hometown of Mount Olive, NC.

After graduating from Southern Wayne High School in 1986, Barry attended Lenoir Community College in Kinston, NC to study Radio and TV Broadcasting. He landed his first radio job at WSSG-AM in Goldsboro, which led him later into Christian Radio at the former WFXN-AM in 1989; followed by his Christian television career at what is now WHFL-TV in Goldsboro, NC which began in 1992.

After answering the call to Pastoral Ministry in 1995 Barry went on to pastor Riverside Community FWB Church near Rocky Mount, NC from 1995-1999 while working full time at WHFL-TV. He has been serving as the Senior Pastor of Pleasant Grove Original FWB Church of Pikeville, NC since December 2003. He also serves on the Board of Directors of WHFL-TV 43 as Vice Chairman and has served on several boards and committees within the Original FWB denomination.

He also is a member of the National Religious Broadcasters and attends its annual convention each year. He is also a former Professor of Biblical Studies at Carolina Bible Institute and Seminary teaching a satellite class at his church in Pikeville.

In 2020 his first book and play, “A Christmas Gift for Esther,” was published by Palmer Publishing, a division of Free Will Baptist Press, Ayden, North Carolina.

Barry resides in Fremont, NC along with his wife Olivia. They have two daughters, Karen Stallings Terrell and husband Austin of Pikeville, NC, Katie Stallings of Fremont, NC and a grandson, Carter Glenn Terrell of Pikeville, NC.

Dave is an improviser, actor, improv coach, speaker, and credentialed minister. He was born in Chicago but grew up in southwestern Virginia. Much of his improv and acting ability is attributed to his 8 years as a pro wrestler on the independent circuit in the south.

In 2013, after nearly two decades of battling depression and suicidal ideations, Dave finally made the life-changing decision to pursue God. He says, “At that point, I wrestled with this choice: I could take my life…or I could give my life. I chose to give my life to the Lord.”

For most of his life, Dave covered his depression with humor. He used it to make others feel better while disguising how he truly felt inside. Dave often tells his testimony by saying, “I used to use comedy to hide who I was, but now I use comedy to reveal Who He is.”

Shortly after deciding to pursue a real relationship with God, Dave relocated back to Chicago in 2013. Through his passion for comedy renewed with a deeper purpose, he founded Well Versed Comedy, an improv comedy ministry team. Doing comedy is his primary passion for reaching people, either to uplift and encourage fellow Christians, or to bring light, laughter, and joy to non-Christians.

The women who come to Salt and Light are survivors of sex trafficking. Dave has always appreciated the honor of being entrusted, as a man, to be invited to serve at Salt and Light.

Keep a Girl in School Foundation is a charity, Non-Denominational and Non-profit whose main purpose is to brave challenges of menstruation.

They are married and now have four beautiful girls who are meant to exist in a society where vulnerable teenage girls drop out of school because they can’t comfortably attend school during their monthly menstruation. Images of these girls can’t get out of their minds.

Every time they see and listen to these vulnerable teenage girls and their parents being negatively affected by menstruation, all they see are my four girls and imagining how their own would be distraught and very uncomfortable during class time, physical education lessons, sports activities, etc. When padded with a cloth. Boys in their classes laugh at them during this menstruation period and they have to sit in classrooms the entire day till everyone leaves. They can imagine them missing classes, being demoted, engaging in early pregnancies and marriages.

That’s how they realized their purpose in life. They could no longer just talk about what’s happening and flip over! They were deeply compelled to take action. This is how ‘Keep a girl in school’ was birthed!

They do something about the ill things that are happening in their societies, they believe Change starts with you! Change starts with you!

They lift up Jesus to draw many to Himself by raising support and providing school teenage girls with teachings about their bodies, sanitary napkins/towels, underwear, school bags, and mathematical sets.[to brave challenges of Menstruation}

They hold women seminars in these resource-poor communities {to make sure children are well raised right from home}

They support schools to have girls’ stand-alone toilets/latrines to stop the act of boys and girls sharing the same facility. {To enable girls to wash and change privately}.

They help bring girls back on truck especially those that have been forced into early pregnancies/child mothers They do something about the ill things that are happening in their societies, they believe Change starts with you! Change starts with you!

They are advocates for the girl child that school is not only for boys

Background: Before entering the ministry, Dr. Trudy owned a successful personal training companies in Atlanta, Georgia and London, England where she worked with moms, dads, business people, athletes and politicians to reach their personal fitness, nutritional and overall health and wellness goals. Through her endeavors in the fitness industry, she also became a writer and model for Women’s Health and Fitness Magazine, and taught fitness classes throughout Atlanta for 15 years.

Beginning in 2001, Dr. Trudy and her husband led the marriage ministry at their church where they served for 10 years teaching marriage classes and courses on conflict resolution, as well as establishing a marriage mentor program. Dr. Trudy and her husband later founded the Seven Bridge Marriage ministry, which provides resources for married couples to strengthen their marriage through seven guiding principles of God’s relationship to mankind. Through this ministry, she has authored The Seven Bridges: A Handbook for a Christ-centered Marriage, as well as, seven marriage study courses. She is also a contributing author for Women to Women: The Naomi and Ruth Experience, a women’s mentorship bible study.

Dr. Trudy is a national speaker at women’s conferences, marriage conferences and other national and local venues. Mark Pogue is a Christian singer/songwriter who performed with many Christian artists such as Morgan Cryar, Rick Cua, Margaret Becker, Gospel Music Hall of Famers: Degarmo & Key , The Rambos, Neal Morse and others. April D. Metzler is a Christian author and songwriter. She lives in the countryside of rural Oklahoma with her husband, Joseph, and daughter, Shelby.

Although adventures have led her elsewhere, she still calls Oklahoma home and doesn't stay gone for too long from the state she was born and raised in. Her aspirations include many things, but the one she pursues often is writing, whether it be through songwriting, her new book, blogging, poetry, devotionals, or the like.

Her aspirations began at a very young age. She has fostered the flame that burns to write for many years and desires to give honor to God through this gift of ministry He placed in her heart. April is active in church and volunteers whenever she can. Her primary focus has been in youth and music ministries, but she always enjoys helping with any community outreach opportunities. She loves the Lord and has a heart for intercession, as well.

She petitions in prayer for those in need of comfort, those who struggle, those who have to endure through the toughest of circumstances and still come out on the other side, for those that do not have anyone to pray for them, and whatever/whoever else God places on her heart to intercede for.

She will be the first to tell you, "You are loved by God," when the rest of the world says you are not. She continually seeks to stay firmly rooted in her beliefs and aspires to set a firm example for her daughter through her daily walk. April draws from her walk with God to write no matter the platform.

She loves Him with all her heart - "even though I stumble, even if I fall, my God is with me wherever I go and He loves me... even in spite of me, before I even knew Him! I love because He first loved me."

Kristen and Kevin Collier are the founders of Creative Motion Network, a streaming Roku channel featuring independent Christian entertainment and ministry. The couple live in Grand Haven, Michigan, and have a 23-year-old son, Jarod, who resides in Grand Rapids.

Kevin took up illustrating at age five and turned it into a career, becoming Art Director for a daily newspaper for 34 years. He has illustrated comic strips, comic books, and drawn over 200 children's books. He also is a published author with over 60 titles to his credit. He's won awards from the Michigan Press Association, United Press International, and Associated Press for his graphics. He also was voted "class clown" in High School.

And because Kristen, the Roku developer for the Creative Motion Network, married the "class clown," she knew she needed to learn animation to bring Kevin's characters to life. They founded Collier Animation Studio during the lockdown. Their first animated short cartoon, "Benny the Barnacle" (Spring 2021) features Corbin Bernsen, with cameos by Marta Kristin (Judy on "Lost in Space") and others.

The Colliers also are heavily involved in Studio 3:16, a digital video and audio production facility at their church in Allendale, Michigan.

She is on the Nashville Community Advisory Board and served on Blue Care Behavioral Health Advisory Regional Board (Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, and Chattanooga).

In long-term recovery in the areas of substance abuse and mental health, Ms. Murray has been Certified in Mental Health First Aid. She wrote a curriculum of recovery named I Am Recovery that passed scrutiny in a drug court in 2015 and has been reviewed by Juvenile Justice, Centerstone, and Transition from Jail to Community (TJC) in Nashville. The program is now registered with the Secretary of State.

Ms. Murray currently sponsors women in recovery and for several years has been facilitating recovery meetings in the women’s prison in Nashville, Tennessee. She has 38 College hours in Criminal Justice. Ms. Murray is an active member of Meharry Medical College’s Elam Center Recovery Advisory Board. She has completed a documentary for Morehouse College and has a YouTube video on her curriculum and her journey into recovery. This year Ms. Murray’s story was shared on the Partnership to End Addiction website. She feels that her journey’s greatest accomplishment is her ongoing ability to help others.

Ms. Murray was also Guest Speaker for the Core-Civic Prison 3 -day National Conference and a Panelist for the Nashville Addiction Summit on Opioids. As well Ms. Murray was the 1st Parent- Mentor for the Nashville Juvenile Justice Safe Babies Program. She also is a member of the Recovery Court Professionals.

As time permitted, she has obtained her Life Coach Certification as well as Family Coaching and lastly, Ms. Murray is presently attending American Baptist College pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Studies.

Patti has always been an intercessor at heart and a deep passion for prayer. Tragically, her life changed forever on August 3, 2011, when she lost her youngest son Conner to suicide. Her son struggled from a very young age. He failed the second grade by one point, and that began his cycle of defeat. He never believed in himself and always felt very insecure. Kids bullied him and made fun of him. When Connor was a little boy, he would always say mom when I grow up I will be a missionary and travel all over the world.

After the funeral, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee to be with her oldest son. Upon moving to Nashville, she felt in her spirit that she needed to get alone with the Lord and found a little cabin on the Piney River, seventy miles west of Nashville. During her six-month stay at the cabin, there were many nights of deep despair and crying out to God with questions flooding her mind of how did I miss it Lord and how can I live without my precious son. How can I find hope again? She had an encounter with the Lord that changed her life. Little did she know that God would take her on a journey that she would have never imagined.

One day as she was worshiping before the Lord and praying, suddenly she heard in her spirit, Firefly, the Lord said to her I want you to build this ministry on three foundational stones purity, humility and honor and within the three foundational stones, I stand as Jesus, the Firefly, the light in the darkness and you my hands and feet to reach the younger generation. The Lord spoke with me about sharing my story of the empty chair and giving young people an actual picture of the aftermath of suicide that what I’m left with is an empty chair for the rest of my life.

She began traveling, speaking in schools and churches, sharing my story of the empty chair. A close friend connected her to Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant and First Lady Deborah. They invited her to the governor’s mansion, and she shared with them her story, heart and passion. Mrs. Bryant shared that she had lost her father to suicide and a nephew. We shared the same heart to bring awareness, to make a difference in the younger generation.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death in the United States between ages 10 to 24 and has almost tripled in middle school students since 2007. As she traveled, speaking in schools and churches, she encountered many youths who were suicidal and self-harming. Many youths have father issues and feel alone. Some live in circumstances that no child should ever have to endure. Many of these youths were molested, raped, or consider themselves to be transgender/homosexual.

After speaking in schools and churches she would come home and sit on her sofa praying and crying out to the Lord for the youth she had encountered that day. She was so burdened. This went on for some time and as time passed, she felt the Lord speaking loudly in her spirit SOUND THE ALARM, WAKE UP O YOU SLEEPER!!! She kept hearing the words a call to arms to “Sound The Alarm.” The Lord spoke as she was in prayer and intercession and said, Patti, you are making a difference but the only way you will truly see change in the younger generation is through prayer.

She founded Pray Mississippi, a state-wide movement of prayer and fasting unifying hundreds of churches and tens of thousands of people strategically praying for every young person in the state of Mississippi. She serves as Capital Coordinator for the National Day of Prayer. In 2019 the Lord spoke to her to mobilize pastors and leaders for five months at MS State Capitol grounds monthly to pray and intercede for upcoming elections. With righteous leaders in the land, they will implement laws to protect the younger generation.

Patti continues to work with youth and especially ministering inner healing to those who hurting.

She travels speaking at seminars, retreats, and conferences, ministering inner healing and deliverance, offering prayer and counseling, and seeing youths healed and set free and equipping lives for the Glory of God.

The empty chair represented nothing but death and despair at first. Though heartbreak and tragedy, the Lord has awakened a renewed hope and ignited a flame of fire to reach a hurting and broken generation to help them know they have a hope and future through Jesus Christ. Jeremiah 29:11

Sue grew up believing that her acceptance was based on performance. She felt that she wasn’t enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough, not talented enough. She says that most of her life, she was extremely shy and insecure.

As a teenager, she experienced a shattering event that forever changed her life, the tragic death of her youngest sister. Ann was run over and killed by the school bus Sue was riding. Overcome with anger, grief, and resentment; Sue says she symbolically buried her heart and feelings so that she would never experience pain like that again.

Sue says that she married too young. The marriage became toxic, with verbal abuse, and emotional abuse and then physical abuse. Sue says that she became very Co-Dependent. After 30 years of marriage, she says she ran for her life and never returned to her home.

After totally surrendering her life to Christ, Sue has been given a second chance at life. She is eternally grateful for God’s Grace and Love.

Today, Sue is an author, and speaker, giving hope to women of all ages. She encourages women to be all that God created them to be.

Sue was an entrepreneur and owned a cosmetic business for 37 years. Today, Sue serves on the board with Morning Star Sanctuary, a Christian safe place for women and children. She also serves on the Advisory Board for Christina Women in Media. Her hobby is oil painting.

Shirl has spent the last twenty years speaking for Conferences, Workshop Leader, teaching at Women’s Retreats, leading Lady’s Bible study groups, along with other large and small group opportunities. Two of her speaking engagements messages were strongly requested to be put into books, one of which is already published on Amazon Kindle, “When that Which Is Perfect Has Come; He Gives Us a Voice”. This book helps to bring a person from the tragedy that keeps us silence to redemption which gives us a voice, or better a testimony.
As an author, Shirl focuses on taking the needs of Christian women seriously and delivers deep Biblical responses to their needs. She also encourages her audience to stand up and take their rightful place as Godly women. Her second book, “God’s Battle Plan” teaches how to fight spiritual battles, straight out of a chapter in Judges, and will soon be released. Teaching these verse by verse principles for the last fifteen years, women have come to Shirl sharing their battle victories; children released from incarceration, marriage restored, families reunited, love ones freed from dependencies, and demons were cast out of homes and loved ones.
At a young age Shirl had a love for God and ministry. At the age of sixteen she started her first home bible study after leading high school friends to the Lord. Became a youth director at the age of nineteen, and a church planter starting new churches in her twenties, along with working with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Crusades, YWAM, Child Evangelism Fellowship, and the Crisis Pregnancy Center. After marrying Wladimir thirty years ago, working in ministries continued especially in the deaf community, with starting a Bible Study for the deaf and eventually co-starting a Deaf Church in Murfreesboro, TN. Shirl’s real love is still working with children where her love for evangelism and memorizing God’s word, led her and her family to Awana Club International which she eventually became a missionary for Awana. May 2020 she was awarded Awana’s highest honor, the Citation Achievement Award. Shirl and her husband are frequently asked to run various ministries, mostly dealing with children, within churches all across the middle Tennessee area. Shirl was even asked to run the Women’s Ministry at a local church after the majority of their women was frequently attending her other speaking engagements.
For twenty-five years Shirl has been home educating her six children, where for two years in the early ninety’s she taught at various homeschool conferences. Throughout these home educating years, Shirl has also been asked to teach at several homeschooling co-ops, high schools, and colleges. She was even asked to interview at a University in Nashville for a teaching assignment for their Christianity program. She refused after she was informed that they did not want her to teach from the Bible. She did, however, was given a doctorate for her years of studying the Bible in the original Hebrew and Greek.

Currently, Shirl is building several businesses for when her youngest graduates in May 2021 and sets her free from her homeschooling responsibilities. She and her oldest daughter opened a Travel Agency, “Online Travel and Cruise” which specializes in cruises. She has been ordained as a minister and is always excited to see where God leads in that area, but she is most passionate about coaching, Life Coaching, Professional Coaching, and Financial Coaching, and has recently added Evangelism Coaching, all these coaching avenues are to bring her clients to a deeper relationship with God.

Kevin Folds is a Recovery Coach, Mentor, Teacher, and Founder of "Voice in the Wilderness Ministries" Kevin is also a sales rep and writer for Rutherford County Lifeline Magazine. Kevin has overcome many family dysfunctions, including and not limited to abuse, both physical and mental. His past trauma led him to a life of drugs and alcohol at an early age that led to gang involvement and, eventually, life incarceration. After getting his life on track, he became a business owner and was living the dream, but he still had not found what he needed. Kevin had struggled with suicide and depression for years, and when he found himself incarcerated again from old behaviors, he cried out to the only one who could save him.

Kevin's life has transformed from a life of torment and addiction to a man on fire for God. He continues to walk in his calling, helping people with life-controlling strongholds.
