For over 20 years, he has spoken to audiences throughout the United States at workshops, conferences, and religious events, empowering others in goal setting, effective leadership, and entrepreneurship.

He is the Executive Director of Pee Dee Math, Science and  Technology Academy, a charter school in Bishopville, South Carolina, serving grades K-12. He is also the founder of X-treme Consulting Group and the co-chairman of the Black Business Network, providing strategic and development solutions to organizations. E.
