He chats about the plans for the future, the steps being made to continue to develop the panel both in terms of individual performances and in the number of quality players available to him for next year.

In a 40 minutes frank and honest conversation he addresses some of the criticism that's been laid at his feet and at the squad in recent weeks, he discusses resources and what's needed to overcome those challenges for a county in Leitrim's position.

He also chats about the decision to move from Mohill’s management team to take the reins at St. Michael’s in Roscommon. His former Mohill teammate Danny Beck is also part of the management team at the North Roscommon club.

Breifne and Darren look back at the Tailteann Cup defeat to Antrim, the Ladies loss in the Connacht Final as well as the Minor Footballers and Hurlers campaigns so far ahead of the Connacht Minor Shield Final this evening, Fermanagh's Tailteann Cup visit to Pairc Sean tomorrow and the Lory Meagher meeting of Cavan and Leitrim in Kingspan Breffni on Saturday.

Darren also previews all the club action with the sole Friday night clash between Ballinaglera and Dromahair getting the weekend up and running in Division 2 ahead of a full slate of games in all three divisions on Sunday afternoon.

James McGrail of County Champions St. Mary's Kiltoghert also gives his thoughts on their campaign so far, their slow start building into success in the Spring League and their hopes for the season ahead including their ambitions to retain the Fenagh Cup later this season.

Moran speaks about the changes to the panel and backroom staff as they look to build on the growth shown this year, 12 months on from his appointment Moran is not putting the feet up and relaxing during the winter break, but looks back fondly on his first term as manager of Leitrim and that his job is to continue showing the Leitrim people what the team are capable of.

Change was always going to be on the cards in the management panel as James Glancy moved on to a role within the Longford set up, it was also speculated that Mike Solan would head back to Mayo to fill their vacant managerial seat but he remains as part of Moran’s team for next year, there is a new coach joining the team but some change has also occurred in the Physio and Sports Psychology departments ahead of 2023.

Veteran goalkeeper Martin McHugh will be on the show to look back at the weekend's action talk about his journey from a rural farming background in Aughnasheelin to Connacht Championship glory, beating cancer twice and now sharing his story in a new book, Born to Save.

Leitrim Ladies Football manager Hugh Donnelly discusses the Connacht Intermediate Championship victory over Roscommon with Laura O'Down (2-1) and Michelle Guckian (0-5) leading the team to their first trophy in recent seasons. They prepare for their opening LIDL Ladies National Football League encounter with Fermanagh in just ten days.

Finally Breifne is joined by Eamonn Duignan to discuss the success of the second edition of the 50 Mile challenge speaking about where the idea came from, some of his personal highlights from the challenge and the people all over the island and globe both participated.
