As Tony Robbins famously said, "Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible". In order to help you turn your goals into a reality, we'll take you through the essential steps of the Goal Getter process.

Firstly, we'll explore the importance of setting intentions. By setting clear intentions, you'll be able to focus your energy and attention on your desired outcome, and take action towards achieving it.

Next, we'll discuss the role of desire in achieving your goals. Desire is what motivates and drives us towards our goals, so it's important to identify what you truly desire and how it aligns with your long-term goals.

We'll also delve into the importance of gaining clarity in the goal-setting process. When you have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve and why it's important to you, you'll be better equipped to develop an action plan and take steps towards achieving your goal.

Another crucial step in the Goal Getter process is identifying your driving forces. Your driving forces are the reasons why you want to achieve your goal and what keeps you motivated to stay committed to the process.

Of course, the journey towards achieving your goals is not always smooth sailing. There will be moments of overwhelm, self-doubt, fear, and uncertainty. But by following the Goal Getter process, you'll be able to push these negative thoughts and emotions aside, and stay focused on your ultimate goal.

Now, let's take a closer look at setting a goal for 30 days. Why 30 days, you may ask? Well, 30 days is long enough to make a significant change, but short enough to keep you motivated and engaged throughout the process.

To get started, we recommend asking yourself the following questions:

What is your goal for the next 30 days?
Why is this goal important to you?
How are you willing to show up and take action towards achieving your goal?
How will you feel when you hit your goal?
What does achieving this goal mean for you now and in the future?
What are your next steps after achieving this goal?

By answering these questions, you'll gain greater clarity and understanding of your desired outcome, which will help keep you motivated and focused throughout the 30-day period.

In conclusion, we hope this podcast has helped you gain valuable insights into the power of goal setting and how it can help you achieve success on social media platforms. Happy Monday, I wanted to send you something a little bit deeper about Lead Magnet.

Let's talk about How to Design a Good Lead Magnet.

When it comes to creating a Lead Magnet, the first thing I would recommend is you go to the platform "CANVA". (use this link for a 30 day FREE trial with Canva Pro...it's the BEST!)

As a business owner and a content creator , it is ideal to give people free information. But if you want to make it look good and feel good and stay on brand, then you need to be aware of a few things and that is consistency & brand style.

Which means :

Colour consistency
Choosing brand fonts
Choose a template that works for you content
thins less is more (don't over complicate)

It is just about ensuring you understand the way it needs to be stepped out out . The information is incredibly important so make sure it is clear and on point & you are solving your ideal customers problem.

This is a scary podcast to share....because it means it's REAL & it's happening!

I am coming to you because I am doing something I often do and that is....

"Trust me in my Gut Feeling"

I want share this journey with you because it is really really important and the podcast is also going to start changing, slightly (with more goodness trust me). It is me deciding that I have come to a place that I am ready.

I am going to do something that would scare the living sh*t out of some people in this age of social media and that is I'm gonna start my account again.

What I am seeing for 2023 is that I am at my greatest when I sit in something new, I pav a new way, I try something new, I try something and see if it's gonna fail and if does fail , I learn how to get back on top. When I do these things I am able to help you trust your own path and help you to own that!

I'm a teacher , I'm a leader, I'm an educator and all these things that I've been frighten to say that I am because it sounds arrogant to be honest. But I am learning so much about human design and being a manifesting generator that I am embracing and understanding it in a way it is my power.

I am ready to share with you things that probably I've never shared before.

#36 Permission to Rest

Hello ! Hello and Welcome to Monday Munchies!! Where today is a little different kind of Monday.

Our today's episode is about " Permission to Rest".

Today's permission slip is really allowing yourself to stop , to slow down , to take a break , not post the things if you don't like posting the things, to not show up if you don't like showing up.

Just to say, at the end of each year we get tired. As moms in business we get tired and sometimes we need other women , other entrepreneurs, other people in this online space to say that it's okay to stop.

And I wanted to share to you my word of the year for 2022 and that is "Trust".

That is really big one for me and I believe that I've really kept that up and I would urge you to choose a word of the year.

I think there is so much more that I want to bring to my online services and to my online audience that hasn't quite happen yet for the reasons of being busy, for the reasons of just trusting the process I had to go through to get where I am .

It is okay to feel tired, it is okay that if you are sitting right now scrolling thru your phone scrolling to Instagram thinking I don't know what to post , I don't know what to say , I don't know who I am online , I don't know how to build my personal brand online "It is okay".

Stop , Take a Break , Take a Moment , Let's regroup , let's go back to the Basics , let's start fresh , let's start feeling fresh and invigorated to keep going.

For me fitness is the backbone of a healthy mindset, it is the personal trainer for your mind. When I work with clients and in my group coaching I like to get women thinking deeply about their WHY. Visualising, why they are doing this, why it's important to them and then gaining strength and momentum in how the think and feel.

This weeks episode is all about building the mindset that you CAN do, you CAN achieve great things and if you start to build that mindset when you're moving your body it will transfer into you day, your work and you life!

If you're anything like me you're maybe a little intrigued with TikTok? Or maybe you're a little freaked out about it? Either way, if you're in business this podcast episode is for you! I took a personal curiosity challenge to see what TikTok was about, I needed to know if the hype was real, I needed to know if it was worth it for my business and I needed to know about the platform for my clients.

The skills and growth it has personally given me are amazing, there is a different vibe, a different connection and if nothing else it has 10x my video confidence (which let's be real was hight before) BUT now it's given me the permission to get scrappy and share what I love with a great audience.

Today on the Monday Munchies I am talking about entrepreneurship and fitness being a match made in heaven.

Fitness is the foundation to make us stronger for mind and body. For me, fitness has never, ever been about 'weight loss' (hey that's nice if it happens) it's been about the inner work. The mental self talk that you can build every time you sent yourself a challenge.

Much like building a business it takes mental strength, it takes endurance and it takes guts!

I believe that the most important thing fitness can do for you is make you stronger and fitter mind and body!

Starting a business isn't easy, being a Mum isn't easy, getting up every day to grow your business isn't always easy either, but you can do it.

You can get up and start your business. You can get up and run a marathon, you can get up and be an amazing Mum.

It starts with the way you allow your mind to talk to you.

It starts with how you have trained your mind in difficult situations to cope. I believe that this starts & grows as we are training our bodies to work hard, be calm, build strength and be challenged.

#12. How you can start feeling like an 'expert' in your industry.

I am not the expert...this is a phrase I hear so often from entrepreneurs, I have thought it before and questioned my authority. I think it is a very 'normal' thing for us as entrepreneurs to do BUT...

What I am chatting about today in the Monday Munchies is how you can gain the traction, the confidence and the clarity around becoming/feeling like the 'expert'.

If there is one thing I have learned from my years building an online & physical business it is that knowing 10% more than the person your teaching or sharing with that builds your credibility as an 'expert!'

You have the ability to share your knowledge with them.

By sharing what you know you are demonstrating that you have the capability to guide someone through their problems, to a solution and THAT is what becoming the expert is all about.

So to become the 'expert' you need to show up, share, guide, and invite your ideal customer to learn and grow from you.

The more you provide content and show up to share the easier it gets and the more people will look to as an 'expert.'

We all have those days, where we look at social media and think...'what do I post?'

Maybe you have a product or service and it's not quite finished yet, maybe you have nothing to sell as yet so you're wondering what to post?

Let's change that thinking now! YOU don't need the website, stunning social feed or drop a bomb of money on marketing first!

You to build the 'machine' build the community, the tribe the following of loyal potential customers to you and your brand.

I like to guide you towards knowing what the driving force behind why you want to do this business truely is. Why are you here, why do you do what you do?

Building a community takes time, they need time get to know you, like you, then feel like I can trust you.

Without your 'thing' to sell you can absolutely show up and grow your community and here is how.

Clear Content Pillars these need to circle around back to your vision & mission. Stick to what you can talk about for days but keep adding to the layers of you business to grow that connection.

And look today I am suggesting if what you want to do needs to be free and easy to start it, then this is your permission to not be perfect and just make it happen.

I like to work, hot and heavy, fast and loose. If that's what it needs for me or you to to start then that's what it needs to be. The more you stop to think the more we don't do things because we put road blocks, these road blocks keep us safe, if we don't do the thing we can't fail right?

So here is your inspiration to do the thing. 'Failure' is great because you get to learn something, try something and grow. I'll be in that!

This week I wanna talk to you about a topic that is seriously close to my heart. Fitness for mental health!

For me fitness is the backbone of a healthy mindset, it is the personal trainer for your mind.

I want to share with you the top 3 reasons why I think entrepreneurs should use fitness to power positivity and gain clarity and strength to work towards what they want.

I haven't always been a runner. I have always enjoyed working hard and am competitive AF but one moment in my life changed they way I saw fitness. It was no longer a vehicle to playing sport, keeping in shape and doing it because I thought I 'should,' it became the driving force behind me proving to myself I could do anything I put my mind to...

So this is where todays podcast is coming from, it is the reason I am so passionate to cheer entrepreneurs on to move their body. It realigns their mindsets and we all know how important that is, here are my 3 reason why I see it as our greatest powers.

Fitness will BOOST & TRAIN your mind to

Create a neurological pattern to build positive self talk
Help you overcome your fears so that you can take action
Ensure that you know you are then only freaking one that can do it.

This episode packs a punch because it is something I truely believe in and know helps my mental health as a mother, business owner & human.

#1. How to Choose a 'word' of the Year!

Welcome to 2022. Welcome to my NEW podcast! Hey, do you have one? A word of the Year? Do you like the idea? Do you even know what I am talking about?

Again, because I am being honest, before 2021 I didn’t really know WTF a word of the year was about! BUT here is what you’ll get to know about me, when I LOVE something I will share it.

AND I LOVE THIS CONCEPT!

Why do people choose a word?

By having a word it can be your anchor which brings you back to what is important to you. It can keep you grounded and be a compass!

For example - last year FOCUS was my word, when I felt lost or looking for the ‘next shiny object’ FOCUS brought me back to what I wanted to do last year and hell did I do it!

I ended up investing in myself BIG TIME, in coaches, courses and creating a new morning routine which was huge for my productivity (especially with little kids).

How do you choose a word?

It’s quite easy actually, don’t overthink it, ask yourself these questions;

What do I want in 2022?
Why do I want it?
How will I get there?
What do I need to do to feel confident in it?

What words are coming to mind? and how do they make you feel? Do you think they will anchor you in a storm?
