I have! I also frequently wake up at night, around 3 am with all kinds of thoughts going through my mind. Sometimes my hands and feet feel numb. I have sensitivities to food that suddenly appeared.

Describing these symptoms to my medical doctors sent me on a crazy journey of tests, wrong diagnosis and anxiety. I was confused and felt abandoned. Years later I connected the dots - I was in perimenopause.

I'm making this podcast for you - a woman in midlife going through hormonal changes. I share my story and the story of women who are on this journey. I talk with experts who support women on this journey. It's time we talked about Menopause and got more information and support. This is not a disease, nothing to be ashamed of. Every woman will go through it. It's an exciting, though often chaotic transition. On the other side is a confident, sensual woman who knows what she wants and what she won't put up with any longer.

Music "The Best Jazz club in New Orleans" by Paolo Argento.

Disclaimer: the information shared in this podcast is not meant to diagnose or treat medical conditions. This podcast is meant to shed light onto women's experiences, offer new insights, question some assumptions and encourage you to take charge of your health and your soul journey.
