In this session, we identify the different pressures and stresses of ministry and recognise the impact that they can have on us. Understanding this will enable us to take steps toward healthy choices and find ways to deal with stress well.

This session looks at strategies for health and good practices that will enable us to build and minister in a healthy way. Good ‘scaffolding,’ such as boundaries, accountability, and secure identity, supports us in health and enables us to overflow and minister in God’s calling for us.
