Deep Progressive Techno & Trance Journey – Monthly Melodies : Misjudged March

We are once again tardy to the party! Which can usually be expected after March in Miami, because it is the most hectic month of the year for anyone in the Music biz in Miami. And this year did not disappoint! But

I went into March with little expectations and reality had other plans. Misjudged March is me processing all of that in real time: the tension, the overthinking, the “why did I do that?” moments, and the eventual release when you just let go and move forward. This Monthly Melodies episode starts moody and introspective, then gradually tightens the screws into darker progressive and hypnotic techno before breaking open into some dark psy-trance. If you’ve ever misread a situation or bet on the wrong outcome, this one is for you!

First and foremost, happy January to you all! This month has been quite a crazy one for me personally. Lots of growth on my professional end as well as making big plans for the future, with not only my brand but Vice City Collective.

This mix did not go the way I had originally planned. My original thought was to go all the way to psy-trance, but I felt such a groove with the deeper stuff, that I decided to keep it mostly progressive and a LOT of Hypnotic / Raw trance vibes. It's made for you to sit at your house working on something and just let your brain take off.

Tremendous thank you to everyone that came out to Tati's B-day Celebration last week 🦩. It was an incredible night with an all Female line up. Something that we will be for sure doing again in the near future. Also thank you to the White Elephant for hosting us and giving us our first residency!

We have two events on the near horizon

February 14th - Myself and @tatianalouissa will be having our @MODEmiami debut for the Lowkey party! Means a lot to me because on my goals for this year, this was for sure one of the clubs that I wanted to play. So if you're free and want a valentine come hang out with us :)

As I sit here and reflect on what this year has been, the one thing I can’t believe is that it all actually happened. To say that i’am grateful and to say that i’m blessed would be an insane understatement. I’m 38 years old, I have tried to go down this path once or twice in my life and have fallen flat on my face all those times, however this year things were different, I allowed myself to take some risks and put in effort in a different capacity and it has paid off in more ways than I could of ever imagined. A few days ago I listened to my 2024 year end mix, and I told myself that I would get more gigs and opportunities next year and that happened way more than I could have even imagined. This year I got to play my first party during WMC which for me was an absolutely INSANE. I have been going to WMC / MMW for over 15 years and have always dreamed about playing at a party and this year it finally happened! It’s a memory that I cherish so much and lives very happily on repeat in my head every day.

Then to be able to throw a party with my friends at Mazuma and form the Collective at the same time was truly something that I have only ever dreamed about. As I sit here and reflect on it, it’s hard not to get emotional. Blessed to have been given these opportunities and blessed to have been given these amazing friends. Blessed to have had such a great year not only musically, but also on some personal levels as well. I was able to start a new Job, and was also blessed to be adding one more member of my family come 2026, my unborn daughter Layla :).

2025 was truly a year that i’ve dreamed about having my whole life, and I thank every single one of you that have listened to one of my mix’s, come out to a show, liked a photo, commented on something, reposted something, and anyone that who talks about us to they’re friends. Everything means the god damn world to me. To feel love for doing the thing that you love is the greatest gift any human could ever receive. I truly can’t wait for you all to see what we have in store for 2026, it’s going to be absolutely insane! I hope that you all have an amazing new years, and that you’re 2025 brought you everything that you had hoped for, and if it didn’t, please keep trucking. Sometimes to get those things you want takes time, sometimes it takes 20 years and sometimes it take 38 years to reach a level of happiness that you didn’t know could be possible. Only advice that I can give you is don’t give up. That is the fastest way to fail.

This month has been a bit like the title states, NONSTOP. However, I wouldn't have it any other way! Been blessed with such a great group of friends, and such great opportunities and I wouldn't have it any other way. We have been blessed to have had a great event and opportunity opening for Anastasiia to open the month, as well as a great event at Beat Culture this past weekend. Thankful to everyone that has come out to this and any other event that we have ever had in the past 5 months! It truly means the world to us to have people that support what we're trying to do.

With that being said, we have two events on the very near horizon and we hope that you'll be able to make it to one if not both of them, but if you have to chose, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come to M2 for Tiki Tiki Nights! I promise it's an event that you are NOT going to want to miss. We are going ALL out on decorations and as always the music is going to be top notch! This line up is top notch and we're expecting nothing but fucking mayhem from start to finish! I hope that you can make it, and if so the ticket links are below.

This episode of Monthly Melodies was a bit of a challenge because the recording was corrupt on 3 different occasions. So I took the sign from the universe and changed the feel the 3rd time around, and I will say that I was very happy with the outcome. Slowed down a little bit and a bit more of a sexy / dark feel to the mix overall. A bit less bootlegs, and fast transitions and more slowed down and a journey. I hope that you like it as much as I did making it!

This mix was recorded live at M2 Miami for Tiki Tiki Nights, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Huge thanks to everyone who came out, danced, and filled the room with such amazing energy — you made the night unforgettable. I played to the crowd as much as possible, feeding off every reaction and letting the vibe guide the journey. It was one of those sets where everything just clicked — the music, the people, and the moment. It's a Dj's dream to step up to the decks and see a room as full as this one was. This August i'm feeling incredibly accomplished, and blessed. I have 4 big events on the horizon, and I can't wait to see you all at them! For starters, on Friday August 15th we have a 6 hour stream coming from EL garage where we will be playing all of the Genres with the whole Vice City Gang. Then next week August 22nd, I will be taking the stage with my homegirl Tatianna at Mazuma, opening up for the great Giuseppe Ottaviani. On Septempber 20th, the whole vice city crew will be taking over Earthly Delights in Ridgewood NY. If you're in the area, please hit me up on my instagram to come by because it's going to be a private event, but it will be us playing ALL NIGHT LONG! Then....this is the big one, we will be playing M2 formerly known as Mansion on October 3rd! This one is very special to me, because i've spent so much time there. We will be taking over the room from 10-5, and we got a BANGING line up as usual with the Vice city Crew. I hope that if you can't make it to all, you can at least make it to one. I and the whole vice city crew would really love that. With all of that being said, I feel accomplished :). This time last year, I hadn't played a gig in a nightclub in over 4 years. Que Vuelta mi jente! Welcome to another episode of Monthly Melodies. July’s been feeling smooth so far… so it only felt right to call this one Jazzy July. This month’s mix is filled with progressive energy, techno grooves, and a touch of raw and hypnotic trance to keep you locked in. It's definitely a musical journey that starts off very slow at 120 BPM and finished in the 130 range. This mix put me in a trance that I felt like I could of kept going forever. 2024 was an incredible year in so many ways. Personally, I grew more than I ever expected, and musically, I explored new horizons, met new friends, and had new gigs. But the year wasn’t without its struggles. One of the hardest moments came toward the end when I had to say goodbye to my beloved disco pup Bentley. It was a deeply challenging time for me and my family, and for a while, I couldn’t find the energy or mindset to record this mix. It wasn’t until I felt ready that I was able to channel everything—the joy, the pain, the growth—into this set. I also want to take a moment to thank all the amazing artists whose tracks made this mix possible. Your creativity and talent inspire me endlessly and have been the soundtrack to my journey this year. This mix is as much a tribute to your work as it is a celebration of the past twelve months. It is with great pleasure that I present to you Satisfied September. My FIRST of many mix's from El Garage, my new studio! It has been a long two and a half months since I started this project, and I can't begin to tell you how proud i'am of the way that it came out. There (of course) is still much to do, especially when it comes to camera angels, and recording set up. But the majority of the project is complete, and I couldn't be happier with it!
