We watch Poochinski - a failed pilot that was aired in 1990 on NBC much to the delight of no one who saw it. Peter Boyle stars as a cop who is killed in action and then looks at a dog while he's dying and then becomes him. Yep - that's about as much story as you're going to get in this episode.
