If you are a woman in your 40s, or older, and you are asking questions like these, this podcast is for you. The Not Your Mama’s Midlife Podcast host, Life Coach Stephanie Leigh, recognizes that midlife looks different for Gen X and Millennial women than it did for those that came before us - both our mothers and our fathers! Stephanie says, “Midlife isn’t a crisis, it’s a crucible,” and she believes that we shouldn’t waste the discomfort associated with this reflective period of life - we can leverage it to move ourselves forward. Stephanie will help you to get clear on the cause of your discontent, figure out what you *really* want out of the second half of your life, embrace midlife as a stage of growth and personal transformation, and develop a plan to move forward toward your dreams. All the while, Stephanie will help you to have more ease in your life TODAY. Expect solo shows and interviews with women in midlife and beyond. It’s always fun, or at least interesting, to look back on the events of the year, but I would encourage you to look not only at the events of 2022 but to think back and reflect on how you showed up for those events, what they mean for you today, what you learned, and how you changed.

It’s an opportunity to consolidate your learning. So often we feel like our lives are too busy to just sit down and think and reflect. But we lose a lot of our own growth when we don’t take the time to really give it some airtime in our own mind. I would really encourage you to consider giving yourself the gift of airtime this time of year.

In this episode, I'll provide you with questions to consider as you review 2022.
