Ronald (Ron) Berteling (Amsterdam, 6 september 1957) is een voormalige Nederlandse ijshockeyer. Berteling kwam 213 keer (92 doelpunten en 103 assists = 195 punten) uit voor het Nationale team en is daarmee recordinternational.

Mister IJshockey speelde in Nederland meer dan achthonderd duels op het hoogste niveau. Berteling won de nationale titel met zowel Amsterdam DEKO Builers als met Rotterdam Panda's. Hoogepunten uit zijn carrière waren verder het Wereldkampioenschap ijshockey voor B-landen 1979 in Roemenië, waar de Nederlandse ijshockeyploeg promotie afdwong naar de A-groep, de Olympische Winterspelen van 1980 in Lake Placid (negende plaats) en het Wereldkampioenschap voor A-landen in 1981 in Zweden.

Ronald (Ron) Berteling (Amsterdam, 6 september 1957) is een voormalige Nederlandse ijshockeyer. Berteling kwam 213 keer (92 doelpunten en 103 assists = 195 punten) uit voor het Nationale team en is daarmee recordinternational.

Mister IJshockey speelde in Nederland meer dan achthonderd duels op het hoogste niveau. Berteling won de nationale titel met zowel Amsterdam DEKO Builers als met Rotterdam Panda's. Hoogepunten uit zijn carrière waren verder het Wereldkampioenschap ijshockey voor B-landen 1979 in Roemenië, waar de Nederlandse ijshockeyploeg promotie afdwong naar de A-groep, de Olympische Winterspelen van 1980 in Lake Placid (negende plaats) en het Wereldkampioenschap voor A-landen in 1981 in Zweden.

Namens AD aanwezig bij Olympische Spelen van 1992 (Barcelona), 1996 (Atlanta), 2000 (Sydney), 2004 (Athene) en 2008 (Peking); chef d’équipe van AD Sportwereld in 1996, 2000 en 2004.

Specialisaties: voetbal (WK 1990, Italië), atletiek (aanwezig bij alle internationale topevenementen), triatlon, hockey (WK, Champions Trophy), NOC*NSF- en IOC-zaken, doping. Zowel journalistiek als organisatorisch zeer nauw betrokken bij de opzet en ontwikkeling van sportkrant AD Sportwereld (aparte sportkrant bij AD sinds 20 maart 2004).

Namens AD aanwezig bij Olympische Spelen van 1992 (Barcelona), 1996 (Atlanta), 2000 (Sydney), 2004 (Athene) en 2008 (Peking); chef d’équipe van AD Sportwereld in 1996, 2000 en 2004.

Specialisaties: voetbal (WK 1990, Italië), atletiek (aanwezig bij alle internationale topevenementen), triatlon, hockey (WK, Champions Trophy), NOC*NSF- en IOC-zaken, doping. Elfstedentocht 1997: verslaggever/coördinator AD Sportwereld. Ghostwriter van olympisch zwemkampioen Pieter van den Hoogenband in de vier jaar dat hij columnist was van het AD.

Hoogepunten uit zijn carrière waren verder het Wereldkampioenschap ijshockey voor B-landen 1979 in Roemenië, waar de Nederlandse ijshockeyploeg promotie afdwong naar de A-groep, de Olympische Winterspelen van 1980 in Lake Placid (negende plaats) en het Wereldkampioenschap voor A-landen in 1981 in Zweden.
