Pachanga and Possibility

Growing up I knew I always wanted to be a creative of some sort. In college I studied fine arts, graphic design, web design, architecture, interior design, and ceramics.

Until I was consumed by codependency and perfectionism. I lost my way. Instead of pursuing a creative career, I found myself obsessively searching for my self worth in relationships. I let my dream slip away slowly, busy adulting and being super needy.

To make matters worse, perfectionism, would keep me caged in. #virgoproblems If I wasn’t being “productive” then I couldn’t “let go”. Letting go, flow, is a huge part of the creative process.

It wasn’t until I did “the work” that my suppressed artist began to emerge, my true self. My healing journey opened up the bandwidth for creativity to flow again.

Praful is a master sound healer, multi-instrumentalist, singer, producer, and charismatic performer. He embraces Jazz, Soul, Dance, Indian, and New World Fusion with grace and passion.

In 1992, after having completed his studies of Jazz Sax&Flute at the Amsterdam Conservatory (AHK), Praful went on a spiritual quest to India. He meditated in the Ashram of the enlightened mystic Osho and learned the Indian Bamboo Flute (Bansuri) with Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia.

“My heart was longing to melt in love and joy with other hearts, to disappear in sound and silence, to become one with all,” says Praful. “Music is my gift to those who are ready to travel with me into the depth of Being – music can help you to awaken. Once my life purpose revealed itself to me, I had to live it!”

Jessica shares her journey about how she healed from abuse after receiving her memories at age 37. It sent her into a whirlwind of PTSD but after combining various healing modalities, she's now helping other women by providing a trauma-informed community online.

Jessica Mroz has been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2001. She has done extensive work to heal from childhood sexual abuse, C-PTSD, and a toxic childhood. About Lily

Lily Mazurek is the Founder and Director of Lily Mazurek’s Mandala Workshops in Florida. In 1996 her interest in mandalas sprang to life when she had a life-threatening and life-changing experience with breast cancer. It led to her mandala work for self-healing and, at the continual urging of friends, to create her own mandala workshops. She has been teaching her workshops for 24 years and has developed 5 levels, some of which students can take individually or which can lead to teacher certification in her Mazurek MethodTM.

Lily’s Mandala Workshops are part of the Arts in Education Program of Broward County Public Schools. She has held workshops at more than 30 organizations, schools, and universities.

An experienced teacher and artist, she has held the positions of Adjunct Professor of Art at Broward College, and Adjunct Professor of Humanities at Nova Southeastern University. She has a BA in Studio Art/Art History and an MA in Arts Management. Her solid background in the arts, arts management, and spirituality includes studying art therapy with pioneer Margaret Naumberg; Dharma with the Dalai Lama; and sound and water crystal formation with Dr. Masaru Emoto.

About Dr. Thomas Norris

Tom is the CEO and founder of Inner Life Transformations, a spiritual counseling practice. In 2011, when it was launched, it became the first counseling center in the world to offer online counseling, serving people from all walks of life in places as diverse as Bahrain, England, Argentina, Mexico, Thailand, the Philippines, and so on. Tom brings 50 years of experience as a Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Group Therapist, Marriage and Family Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Pastoral/Spiritual Counselor, Past Life Regressionist, and Trainer to this work.
