For a long time, it’s just been me: my ideas, my energy, juggling a thousand tabs (if you’ve ever seen my computer screen, you’ll know what I mean!). But I’ve realised that for my business to truly grow and support me as much as I support others, I can’t do it all alone.

Over the last month, I found myself questioning what I’d actually achieved. My first thought was “nothing!” The classic guilt trip we give ourselves after a holiday lull. But after a little brain dump (and talking it through here), I realised just how much happened:

1. Stepping Out of My Comfort Zone: I recorded my first ever video for social media, announcing Podcast Portal’s beta tester launch. For someone who loves being behind the scenes, this was a huge leap! The video went live and (despite hiding from my desk afterwards), people started signing up to be beta testers.
2. Winning an Award: Podcast Pathway was honoured as “Best Podcast Production Support Specialists” for the Media Innovator Awards 2025. I’m still in a bit of disbelief, but so grateful to the panel for this recognition!
3. Building My Team: I announced open opportunities to join my team at Podcast Pathway. The talented people who expressed interest absolutely blew my mind, podcast ninjas ready to leap into action!
4. Launching This Podcast: Yes, The Path Of Possibilities officially launched this week!
5. Guest Podcast Invites: I invited guests for my new show, Dancing With Destiny, focused on pivotal life and business moments and how people thrive against adversity. Launches January 23rd!
6. New Community Spaces: Created a free podcasting community on Skool, called The Podcast Pub. Take a look and join us if you’re a podcaster! (Find it by searching “Podcast Pub” on Skool)
7. Membership Launches: Peer Pod, a smaller, supportive membership group for podcasters, is coming soon, with live calls, training, and a safe space to chat.

9. Fresh Tech & New Flexibility: I got myself a laptop so I can work from anywhere (even the sofa with my dog)!
