Emily integrates Reiki energy healing into therapy sessions if desired or will do a series of Reiki healing sessions independent of therapy. Emily has a strong felt sense of the energetic nature of life and utilizes her finely tuned intuition from decades of studying and experience to get directly to the proximal points of change with her clients.</p><p>In her therapy work, Emily uses a combination of depth-oriented psychology, psychodynamic (present focused), and EMDR for specific traumas or difficult repeated emotional experiences such as anxiety and depression. </p><p>Emily creates beautiful sacred space for individuals while they are working with her on their healing journey to wholeness. Emily’s work is deeply rooted in the belief of integrated wellness.
