This week I'm doing something I genuinely didn't think would happen for a long time.

With images of Ariana Grande flooding our screens and the conversation around hers and other women's bodies becoming an echo chamber, I wanted to raise a conversation that I've never spoken about before... being raised by a mother with an eating disorder.

Here's the bit I didn't expect, I'm talking about it with my mum, Jayme, herself.

Please be kind & open to her experience, also my reactions. It certainly isn't an easy topic but we shared this with you with truth and authenticity. In this conversation we spoke about a number of things we've never put into words with eachother.

It's LEO SZN and this lioness will be celebrating 31 on Wednesday August 5th.. Birthdays always feel like a big milestone to me, more so than holidays or new year.

Its basically your personal new year if you believe in the 'woo woo' kind of things - which I do. So when they come up it always dreggs up some thoughts and feels.

That's enough from me here - let's talk getting comfotable when life is feeling uncomfortable for all the right reasons.
