So, as of today, we're officially rolling with the new name. And speaking of rolling, I'm here in the kitchen, cooking up the next development batch of our number 10 sauce. This batch is extra special because I'm doing something different with it compared to number nine. I can't spill all the beans just yet, but I can tell you that I'm swapping out one ingredient with a proprietary blend we've created in-house. It's a little secret for now, but trust me, this number 10 sauce is going to blow your taste buds away.

Now, for our All Sauce All Stars who joined or renewed their membership after September 20th, I have a special treat for you. You'll be the first to try out the bottoms-up version of our highly anticipated number 10 sauce. I'm really excited to share this exclusive sample with you, and I think you're going to love it.

Now, let's move on to something that all of us can relate to—F-Ups. Yes, F-Ups happen to all of us, even to a small company like ours. And today, I want to talk about some of the F-Ups we've encountered as shippers and how we deal with them. But before we dive into that, I just want to make it clear that I support USPS and stand against any privatization efforts. My father actually used to be a letter carrier, so I have a personal connection to the postal service.

Initially, we had planned to use USPS to ship out the sauce samples to all of you. However, we ran into some technical difficulties on their website and couldn't get it to work. So, we made the decision to switch to UPS instead. It was a bit more expensive, but it seemed like a viable option at the time.

But then, things got a little complicated. One day, I managed to score a discount with UPS customer service. They gave me this promo code that was supposed to save us some money. I was thrilled about the savings, so I started using the promo code for our shipments. However, I quickly realized that the discount would sometimes disappear during the checkout process. It was a frustrating experience. I had to go back and re-enter the promo code multiple times before it finally applied correctly.

Despite the ups and downs, every little bit of savings counts, and I'm grateful for the promo code. It's just one of those things we have to navigate as a small company.
