Yes, our loved ones who have passed can communicate via numbers, smells, electricity or a woosh. While they no longer have a human body that they can use to communicate by speaking, writing, etc, they can harness their energy to make sure you get the message in another way.

How do you know it's not just a coincidence? Sometimes, you have to experience it to know that feeling of "This felt different. This was not a coincidence. This was a message meant for me."

Tommy "Stigs" Stigliano of Tommy Stigs Social Club on YouTube is back! In this Q&A (part 5 if you're keeping track), we discuss the Real Witches of Naples AKA my name for my mom, grandmother and great aunt who use their energy for good to counteract the malocchio ("evil eye").

If you're Italian American, you get it, but if not, I just want to point out one thing my grandmother used to say, which is that people might not mean to do this. People aren't necessarily going around wishing harm on others - at all! - but sometimes a twinge of jealousy comes in our direction and, sometimes we give it too, and if it isn't nipped in the bud, it can cause "the eyes." If you have "the eyes," you may experience a headache or some other feeling of malaise. Sounds nuts, I know, but it's all about energy, and if we've learned anything, energy is real.

So, be careful what you put out there and if it comes in your direction, it's OK to ask for help. Sometimes when my mom is busy, I'll ask my grandmother, who is on the other side, to "do the eyes" for me ("doing the eyes" = certain prayers but, really, again, it's energy).

In her second novel, Courage Without Grace, main character Josie Wales, a palm reader in DC, finds the courage to face her future, and to face a secret from her past. In this IGTV episode, Jeannie reads Fern’s palm! And discusses a letter of recommendation she received from none other than Ben Bradlee. The letter is handwritten and includes a word that, for 30 years, Jeannie hasn’t been able to decipher. And either can anyone else.

9/11 Port Authority Police Lieutenant Robert Cirri with Francesca DeVito

Francesca DeVito’s dad, Police Lieutenant Robert Cirri, was with the Port Authority Police Department on September 11, 2001. Francesca has received countless signs from him over the years, especially in the form of numbers. He has also come through in ways that show his personality, including through electricity.

September's Mission Founder Monica Iken on Signs from Her Husband Michael

Iken lost her husband Michael, who was a bond broker in the World Trade Center, on 9/11. She is also working on a podcast of her own to help anyone affected by sudden loss or tragedy to tell their stories, called Once Upon a Time Dot Dot Dot.

Monica shares her stories of signs from Michael, including one that assured her Michael approved of her now husband and a few amazing messages that have come through the mouths of babes, including her youngest daughter.

She was on vacation with her husband on the remote Caribbean island of Dominica when her appendix ruptured and she received life saving surgery while in the Caribbean. This event and long recovery changed Susan’s life in the most profound way. She didn’t die all the way. In fact, she lived to write the book The Power of Disruption: A Memoir of Discovery.

A Sign from the Other Side in a Photo with Danika Miller

Danika Miller shared a photo on Twitter and said “This is one of the very few pictures I have taken with both of my parents since my brother passed away 7 years ago. And look who decided to show up for the family photo. Can we all just believe that heaven is real and angels exist?” In the photo, you see Danika’s mom, Danika, her dad, and a light shining down as if to say, “See this perfect spot right here. That’s for me. That’s where I’m standing. I’m still with you. I’m still part of this family.” Within two weeks, Danika’s tweet was liked over 88,000 times and retweeted over 4,700 times.

Danika discusses the story of that photo as well as other incredible signs she’s received from her brother Derek. Also discussed: the unique grief of losing a sibling, how Danika was able to find strength during the first year after her brother’s passing, as well as the pros and cons of sharing on social media and deciding what to share.

The Connection between Self-Care & Mental Health with Dr. Peggy DeLong

Dana Frase is a writer, wife and mom who shares the story of how a certain visitor to her father-in-law's grave validated what she had always told her sons about their grandfather. Also, her own father and grandmother used to bet on college football games. After her grandmother passed, she came through during a game in a most unusual way that the family couldn't deny it was her.
