When I sat down with Holly she was currently in the middle of a wild and dusty wind storm in her 1910 home just outside Whitney, Texas. It was not only the wind keeping her company. She lives alongside dogs, cats, cattle, sheep, horses,and more in the farmhouse where she raised her family (and now grandbabies) over the last 28 years. The houses in Holly's childhood share a similar resemblance to the old farmhouse today, including one of her favourites in Georgia with a wraparound porch, seven fireplaces and an eerie intrigue that fell over the house once darkness hit

What are some of your favourite Sunday roast memories?

Listening to Stories with a Sunday Roast feels like knocking randomly on your neighbours door for the first time and conversing as though you've known each other for decades.

Each conversation is driven by the power of the Sunday roast and brings together past, present, and future stories into binge-worthy episodes. Inside we revisit and recreate scenarios which help us to remember our own bank of stories we may have not touched on recently and aim to tingle all our senses in the process.

The episodes were all recorded as 'audio only' without the video that many of us are now accustomed to.
