I’ll share some honest stories from my own leadership journey, including moments when I had to make painful decisions that cost me approval—but upheld my integrity and vision. I talk about what it feels like to lose friendships, to be pushed away, or to be singled out online, simply for refusing to play small. I walk through times where I was called intimidating or unapproachable, and how—even when you do your best to lead with grace—there will be people who misunderstand your role, your decisions, and your drive.

More importantly, I want to reframe the whole idea of being a villain.
