Brent Herd was an early pioneer in the Digital Media Space, having been an early Twitter employee and going through the rocket ship growth and pressures from a small 200 person company to a publicly traded company.  He knows a thing or two about the pressure to succeed and how in order to be successful we have to detach from who it is we truly are and the things that are most important to us.

During a business school talent show he performed stand-up for the first time and got bit by the comedy bug.</p><p>Even though comedy was his true passion, he took the safer path, and found a steady job to help pay back his student loans.
