This isn't a slick podcast production. This is just a microphone turned on live on the floor of our combined print studio and coffee house in Bude, North Cornwall. I’m Chaplin, and this first session is just a raw check-in. It’s an open door to put down the heavy bags of life you’ve been carrying around all week and just breathe for twenty minutes.
