I had to move and get my life in order, which was an overwhelming process. Despite being someone who gets stuff done, I found myself unable to operate my balloon business, podcast, YouTube channel, and other social media platforms. The last podcast episode I released made me realize I was pouring from an empty cup, and that led to my decision to take a step back until I was ready.

      Making the decision to pause my work came with a lot of internal conflict. I didn't want to disappoint my listeners, but I knew I had to prioritize my well-being. I believed that those who truly support me would understand and back my decision to take care of myself first.
